belgium monks know how to make beer I still like Coors as well. Although I don't drink much anymore. maybe once a year.
Everyday, cutting the grass, just hanging out beer: When I want a good beer: Gotta have one when I go to an Orioles game:
Im not a fan of Miller Lite. First off, its spelled L-I-G-H-T. Just because you make a product that makes one stupid is no excuse for poor spelling. Secondly, Its too filling for my taste. I drink 3 or 4 and feel full.
I usually make my own beer, but when I buy it, it's usually one of these two: Paulaner Oktoberfest And of course, the one and only.
North Coast Brewery is one of my favorites. Old Rasputin Imperial Stoutt out of the tap is one of the best beers I have ever had
this is legendary up here around these parts: a lot of places you go have these in tallboy for $2.... can't beat that!
PBR was the first beer I ever tasted. Pops used to let me snag a snip every once in awhile as a youngster. Little known Fact: It used to be called just 'Pabst'. After winning some beer award they changed it to Blue Ribbon
It's pretty legendary in my area also. It's so cheap, and doesnt taste horrible. I feel like a cold scooner of PBR now My beer of choice however is
How do you get it to stop tasting like burritos mixed in water? I wanna brew beer that doesn't attract Lucky.
i'm going to a comedy show tonight sponsored by PBR. i'll be drinking my $2 PBR tallboys and enjoying good comedy. the comedy guys make fake commercials for PBR with their home video camera, its hilarious. here are some for reference: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G85EPyEe3Uc"]YouTube - PBR PARTY![/ame] this one is funny toward the end, the spoof with the competing beer [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWgHtmF97eg&feature=user"]YouTube - PBR COMMERCIAL![/ame] [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJj6bjIAnL0&feature=user"]YouTube - PBR! DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE![/ame]
OMG. Bloated, dumb, and happy all the way from Dingman's Ferry to the Delaware Water Gap. Been there a time or two.
Buy a kit that uses extracts and follow the directions. That's the easiest way to do it because everything is measured, mixed, ect... Then, as your addiction grows, you can start making more specialized brews using grains. That's what I did. My summer brew won the microbrewery taste contest at Little Palm Island in 1996. I wasn't a brewery, but my bud, the F&B manager, snuck mine in with the others. I then started CONCH REPUBLIC LAGER a few weeks later, but I bailed out of the venture after my dealings with the BATF. I still have and use the recipe now and then. But unfortunately for you, you wouldn't be able to GET RID of Lucky if you made it.
Busch Light is my beer. It's $10.99 a case and does'nt taste bad at all. And it has the same effect as the rest of them.It also leaves more money in my wallet for other things.
It has another one too. You could drink a 12-pack of that stuff and still wake up the next morning completely hydrated.
Smuttynose is very good... just had some of their IPA last week... I've been liking Flying Fish lately... Flying Fish Brewing Co. Their Farmhouse Summer Ale is a good beer for post yard work on a hot Saturday... the Belgian Abbey Dubbel is a nice everyday beer... They have tours of the brewery, right here in Cherry Hill every Saturday... Sam Adams makes some good beers... German Beer is my fav though... gimme an Icey cold Wiessbier on a hot summer day... Spaten, Franziskaner or Augustiner are the best of Bavaria!
This just shows how little you know on this topic my friend. You dont even know when youre drinking pee!
As for my favorites....an abbreviated list: Sam Adams Cherry Wheat Sam Adams Summer Ale Sam Adams Oktoberfest Sam Adams Pale Ale Sam Adams Lager Bass Yeungling Killians Newcastle Heineken PBR Rolling Rock Fosters Bud Coors Light
Rolling Rock is a very underrated beer. Its smooth and cheap. The Ale House usually has it on bucket special.
