if there is anything more certain, is that next week the Broncos are going to get blown out in front of their own fans.

Think Denver is a better matchup. Brady would carve that Pittsburgh secondary up. Denvers receivers have been open. They just dropped a lot of passes today

The AFC is seriously the most boring/uninteresting conference. Always the same two quarterbacks, or one or the other at the championship game.

Im lookig forward to Arizona vs Carolina.. The AFC game will be the most boring game..

Denver could win if they replaced Kubiak with Tony Dungy tomorrow.. That way Tony lets Peyton call the plays.

The NFC has certainly had a lot more variety. After the Cowboys/Niners/Packers dominance of the 90s ended, the NFL has sent almost every single franchise to the title game.
Starting in 1998, 13 of the 16 teams have been to at least 2 NFC Championship Games. Only Washington, Dallas and Detroit have not, and the Cowboys and Washington had both recently come off of strings of dominance just prior to that.

In the AFC in the same time, only 8/16 teams have been to two or more title games, with two others (Jax and SD) going to one each. Six teams (Mia, Buf, Cin, Cle, KC and Hou) have not been to one in that frame.

Also, in the NFC, only Philly (5) has been to more than 3 games since 98. In the AFC, NE will have now been to 10, and Pit (5), Den (4), Ind (4) and Bal (4) are all in the top six for most appearances in the league. Its amazing to think that the Jets (3) are the next most successful team in the AFC, while the Raiders (2) and Titans (2) come after that.

The last 13 years have been even more striking:

    New England - 9
    Indianapolis - 4
    Pittsburgh - 4
    Denver - 3
    Baltimore - 3
    Jets - 2
    San Diego - 1

Five teams have combined for 23/26 appearances in the game starting in 2004.

Not really sure why Manning is even starting aside from the fact he is Manning. It was pretty clear Osweiler outplayed him in his opportunity this season. Then again I'm a HUGE Osweiler fan. I was hoping to draft him even if we took a QB early that year.

Who's everyone else pulling for tomorrow and the rest of the way? For me, it goes:

    >Arizona - I like Arians and Fitzgerald, and the team has never won a Super Bowl. This is actually the first regular season that they've ever won more than 11 games.
    >Denver - Manning is my favorite non-Dolphin of all time. I'd like to see him go out on top and quiet some of the critics.
    >Carolina - I don't really like anything about the Panthers. But they're not New England.

If the Patriots lose today, things to expect is deflategate stuff to re-emerge. Goodell is going to get the last laugh. Believe me the guy has been working privately to get all the evidence and details down and was just waiting for the Patriots' season to end to release it and get his appeal won. Patriots fans think it is over, hah just wait..

Denver is one of the few teams that have the personnel to give the patriots trouble. Shut down the underneath stuff. Force Brady to beat you deep

I didn't understand that overturn on the replay in the Pats Denver game, I didn't think you could really tell if that was a backwards pass. Kind of a cheap overturn and led to a Touchdown for the Pats when they weren't doing a thing on offense. Huge game changing call there. I mean can there be no controversy in ANY Patriots playoff game?
