I'm so happy they didn't go after Thibs. Really hoping he signs on with the Rockets. Also, glad to have Josh Smith back.
I just noticed on Kyrie accomplishments they put all star skills competitions as accomplishments lololol thats like being the MVP of your familys baseball game.. Who gives a ****
OT: Walls and carpeting resemble what it would look like if a shady casino and a prison had a baby. Also just noticed "three-point contest champion at all-star weekend" James Jones also belongs on that wall lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Fixed it for you. Justise Winslow has been as well. Johnson's missed dunk and Winslow's missed open layup pretty much sum up the last couple of weeks for the Heat.
Guess who is getting fired next in Cleveland.. Griffin "Lebron does not run this organization" http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=14628666&ex_cid=espnfb
Barely covered the team total despite 60 first half points.. Glad it covered but this is why i hate totals lol
I mean at this point, why not just name him coach and gm? I'd actually be more interested in watching them if they did that.
Curry just sunk a half court three at the half against Indiana, the weird thing is that everyone knew it was going to go in. Guy is the most amazing shooter I've ever seen. I'm not sure anyone else is even in his class as a shooter. Another year or two at this level and he'll be approaching GOAT status.
Woj: Rich Paul and LeBron wanted Blatt fired and replaced with LRMR client Mark Jackson before Blatt's first ever practice. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/how-da...484.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory&soc_trk=tw
http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/1...ers-surprised-caught-guard-david-blatt-firing Lebron "surprised and caught off guard by firing" of Blatt. Guy should run for office after he retire.
Anyone want to put money that Lebron opts out after the year and will be on another team next year? I actually don't bet but if I did this would be a no Brainer. This isn't only a power thing...this is lebron saying the team isn't good enough imo.
Shooting goes away last but speed and quickness are the first to go. That ability to create his own shot for Curry won't be there when he's 33 or 35, may be sooner. He will become what Ray Allen was late in his career. And let me make it clear....I don't dislike curry. I love watching him. I don't think he plays hero ball but like a guy like Iverson (and I think curry is much better) I don't see players like Curry aging well and I think Curry will age in a similar way. I just dont believe guards are how dynasties are built. I don't believe their success is as sustainable or as consistent as a big man.
Lol so far, the Cavs look terrible. Blatt knew what he had beyond his 7-8 man rotation, thats why he kept it that low. Lue says he wants to go to a ten man rotation from now on.. Going to a 10 man rotation with that crap bench, makes your team look mediocre
Not sure if this was ever posted but its funny.

So how realistic is a Gallo trade? He'd solve a lot of shooting and spacing issues and make Miami that much more attractive to free agents. Who would we be willing/able to trade for him?
I want him here. Hes an expiring contract too. Its only realistic though if Pat Riley is looking at him. We would have to match salaries. Whiteside is going to be on the table. We have no first round picks but Whiteside is considered a high potential, entering his prime type of player. And then they have to match salaries. So it could be Luol Deng and Whiteside. Or Udrih, Andersen and Stoudamire plus whiteside. There could be a third team involved as well. Regardless, all deals include Whiteside. And even if we dont land Danilo at deadline id definitely consider bringing him here in free agency this summer.
I don't think he leaves, he'll just make moves in the offseason. He wants to run a team and how many other NBA Teams will let him do that?
Well they've tried to tank and get franchise players that way for like 5 years now so I guess they'd be open to having an owner/player/gm run the team. Maybe they can hire Lebron's buddies as the front office and get him that way.
I would take that bet and you would lose.. LeBron cares more than the average player about his image and public persona, if he left Cle again he would tarnish his image forever. So opt out? Maybe. On another team? Not happening.
Oh how I wish you were a gambling man. I will give you 3-1 on whatever u want to wager. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If that were true he would have stayed in Miami for the next incarnation of Heat basketball, won about 5-7 titles and hung it up.
I always said that staying in Miami would have been a better basketball decision for him in terms of legacy. I don't believe he'll leave Cleveland anytime soon. He wanted to be the guy to run things and that was never going to happen here.
I'm not sure. If LeBron never wins another ring (and that looks like a possibility right now), his legacy will fade greatly. A couple years ago people were bringing up the Jordan debate again. Now many people have Curry ahead of him as best player in the league. In the end he cares more about his legacy than his image. I do believe that he wanted more power and thought winning a title in Cleveland would do wonders for his legacy. I also think it's possible he thought he could win easier with a younger supporting cast in Irving and Love. If he's being honest with himself, I also think he'd admit he made a mistake because this team as currently constructed probably will not win a championship, and it's not easy to get free agents to come to Cleveland the way they did in Miami. The Ace in the hole for LeBron, if he really wants out, is Dan Gilbert. Gilbert is a buffoon and LeBron came back in spite of him. He could always use Gilbert as an excuse to leave.
In fairness to Lebron, he would have won a title last year if not for GS hiring Kerr and their players stepping up. Before they had their run last year Cleveland looked good to win a title and they still did reach the Finals. Its not like the Cavs sucked last year. Lebron's legacy is fine, unless he's on teams that don't contend or underachieve (which certainly isn't the case) his legacy is going to be as a top 3-5 player of all time which is right about where most people put him. Miami fans here really like to trash him but his legacy is solid, he won't go down in most people's eyes unless Cleveland turns into a lottery team.
LeBron's best basketball decision right now would be to pair himself with a good SF who can defend, and he'd move to PF. He should let up on the guard type stuff and just become a dominant 4. These lineups where he's with two other bigs aren't best for him. The *image* stuff he worries about seems to come into play where he has this strong aversion to being seen as a PF. But I said it back when it happened: he was better off with Wiggins than with Love.
