This just confirms what ive said. He was not staying in miami. It wasnt about the money. Everyone is up in arms because 'we didnt pay him' yet he took the first offer he got and bailed. Miller was leaving because he chose to. We actually offered him a good deal, and it still remains to be seen how much of a load he can carry. CJ is a fine replacement and familiar with our coaches scheme. Most broncos fans seem to be beside themselves over losing him.

that's a ridiculous statement. the last 8 games of 2014, CJ Anderson was one of the best backs in the NFL. averaged just under 100 yards per game (96), with 4.7 ypc and 8 TDs. That was under Gase. I fully believe that he will surge under Gase again this year.

Miller succeeded when the situation was favorable. He really benefitted from being in a pass first offense, which is what you have to be if Miller is your only effective back. You can't deny that when we had Moreno, even Ajayi...we were a much more formidable rushing offense that could close out games when the defense knows your going to run the ball.

If you look back on Millers highlights you see him taking simple draws in long distance situations, or breaking a long run in garbage time vs. prevent defenses. CJ on the other hand made a name for himself when it counted most.

I'm just curious - are some of you paid to bash every exiting Dolphins player or is it just something you feel compelled to do?

We can ask you the same for bashing tannehill or any moves the FO seems to make. Miller and OV were gone and the dolphins were not stopping them. The facts are there. Complaining about the FO not retaining them is stupidity.

Ok. If you consider averaging "just under" 100 yds a game running wild... but he has had 5 100+ yd games in the last two years. 5 including the 167 he laid on us. In Gases offense. 5

The lack of self realization is quite literally stunning.
