Gase says "unless something changes" Kiko Alonso will be in the middle. "it could change. That's in pencil"

Gase is so refreshing. Tells it like it is. No BS. I like his vision and direction.

I was disappointed about the way free agency turned out, but I am very excited about Gase and the rest of the coaching staff. They just seem to get it.

After years of Philbin being basically a shill for the FO, Gase is refreshing, but that should be expected from a HC, no one really respects a leader who is blowing sunshine up your skirts.

He is clearly putting an onus on Tanne, as it should be.

Sounds like he likes Dion Sims as much as I do.

The only comment I thought was a bit odd was the Maxwell/press comment.

Unbelievable that the bolded part wasn't already the case.

It's well known in management theory that you talk to the people who are in close proximity to your office, not to the people who have lines drawn to you on the organizational chart. This really is Management 101.

The people wonder why we have a dysfunctional team.

press and man are similar, hard to play zone when you are pressing someone at the line.

I've always liked the idea of press no matter how you do it. hate seeing that DB 10 yards off the line
