The season would have been lost without him IMO. When the injury bug hit, he was the guy that took over a big load. He held it together until the reinforcements came. He's arguably the Heat's most consistent player this year, too.

Bob Ryan who is considered the Pope of Basketball, goes on a twitter string talking about best all-time Lakers and I notice immediately that he is quoting historically incorrect "facts". Now, I respect Bob Ryan..but he is afterall a BAHSTUN guy, so I immediately thundered in to correct him.
Brian Forte is the Head Ref tonight for Celtics-Heat. The Celtics have a 10 game win Streak with Brian Forte reffing.
I know Wade hasn't been a high volume 3-pt shooter over his career.. but only 7 made this year? that seems pretty crazy.
Stick to what you do best ... His efficiency at his age is remarkable. Him taking threes lowers his efficiency, hes just not good at it
Jordan, The Big O, LeBron, THE BEARD.... Only players in NBA history to average 29,7,6 for an entire season. Congrats, Harden. Can't believe he got these scrubs into the playoffs.
Yea i definitely want no part of Boston in the playoffs...they are in our heads...hopefully Washington can hold on...i think we would host Charlotte 3/6
Okay yeah don't win now lol. Go Wiz. So after all this, Boston will get their worst matchup (ATL) on the road, and we'll get our best one (CHA) at home while avoiding CLE in the 2nd round. Wow. But holy hell we better rest up and find a way past this.
Couldn't help but feel like I was watching a team run out of gas on the second night of a road back to back. Against a rested team who'd been home for four days. They had nothing in the second half. Jumpers weren't even close. Missing layups. Mental lapses defensively. Perfect storm. We were like a runner that went out fast and flamed out. I wish it was Boston we were playing in Round 1. They're tough, tip of the cap. We should have held on. But I can't pretend this was a level playing field tonight. - sent via Tapatalk -
Forget it. I wouldn't even bother watching the film if I was Spo. Just get ready for Hornets. We earned home court through all the adversity. This second half sucked but whatever. I'll worry about Boston after the presidential election
SO you were saying? A 48 win team in Boston is now 11-0 with a SPECIFIC Ref crew. Brian Forte. More interesting is that the NBA assigns crews a week out, and they gave us Brothers and Boston Forte on a B2B to end the season. Boston got Outclassed in this game. In a series, the Heat smash them. A team with legs, against a hostile ref, ...you saw the result. a 24 point halftime lead. Anyway, Heat win their 12th Division championship (2nd most to the Spurs 13 in the Riley Era) and we got the #3 seed. Mission accomplished. Now onto Charlotte. Simple game plan. Stop them from three. Win in 5.
#BuiltNotBought Am I doing this right? We have some really good team grown players and have brought out some really good play in the transplants. Going to be an interesting free agency period this coming off season. An ECF appearance would really help with the pitch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It was magnificent. Selfish as hell..but FUN! I enjoyed it. No shade..but I am hoping and I bet..that Wade's last game will be a 17 pt. 11 assist, 8 rebound, 3 steal, 2 block, gritty win by 4 at home.
Heat got moved from a possible Saturday start to Sunday 5:30pm for Game 1. (Toronto must hate us) LET'S GO!
Last night is now meaningless. There will not be a hangover and we'll be fine. The playoff schedule is tailor made for Wade and JJ to be at their best. Plenty of rest If Wade stays healthy and Whiteside keeps his head on straight I believe we will be in the ECF
