Best OL, Maxwell and Alonso with the number 8 pick. For once, our FO making great moves in the draft.
BA to LG, Tunsil LT. You just solved the left side of the line. This is a steal. Excellent pick. Miami got Tunsil, Kiko Alonso and Byron Maxwell with one pick. That's pretty damn good.
Welcome to Miami Tunsil! Bring your gas mask bro we got the good stuff Down South Jokes aside, college kids will be college kids, I'm glad these uptight hardasses let him slip this far out. I hope they get it in writing that he'll keep the crap in check though cause Goodell is probably going to be knee deep in his business looking for a slip up.

Corey Coleman? I was rooting for Myles Jack to help Cleveland, but Cleveland, man!?!? Dude can't even run a route tree. Crazy not to grab Doctson...

From Miami's website: "The 2015 season was difficult for Tunsil. First, he suffered a dislocated ankle and broken leg in Ole Miss' loss to TCU in the 2014 Peach Bowl. Tunsil then was charged with domestic assault against his stepfather in June, reportedly for sticking up for his mother. Those charges were eventually dismissed, but then the NCAA brought another piece of bad news soon after, suspending Tunsil for seven games due to impermissible benefits he received (vehicle loans without payment, free airline ticket and rental car) and failing to be forthcoming with investigators. When he was on the field, though, Tunsil lived up to his billing as the No. 1 high school recruit at offensive tackle. He started nine games at left tackle as a true freshman, earning second-team All-SEC notice from league media and various Freshman All-American honors. Tunsil missed two games with a partially torn bicep in 2014, but started the rest, garnering first-team All-SEC nod from the Associated Press (second team from coaches) and All-American recognition from multiple media outlets. He didn’t make many post-season all-conference lists in his shortened junior season (starting six games at left tackle), but finished his career in a way most offensive linemen can only dream of -- running in a two-yard touchdown on a throw-back pass behind the line of scrimmage in the Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma State."
Perhaps they should move Albert to guard and just plug Tunsil in at LT. Albert played guard in college and it shouldn't be a big deal for him to move to one of the open guard positions.
I don't post here often. I mainly just lurk to read what other fans think of our team. I just want to say I am very happy we got him that low! (Reminds me of the Marino drug rumors that had him drop down to where the Dolphins could draft him.) Great first round!
Keanu Neal at 17 to Falcons? We could clean up if we keep our heads on straight. Teams have lost their minds.
I remember when drug rumors caused a pretty good player to slide all the way to us at #27 in the first round some years ago. That turned out pretty good for us.
So, if the video is two years old (according to Grier) why did Tunsil lie about it when asked by Deion how old it was?
This would be my game plan. Albert is unreliable and on the downside. Just get Tunsil to where he is supposed to be.
I think Grier and his agent has told Tunsil they will handle any questions about the video, so just give vague responses when asked.

When you put it that way, yeah, not a bad haul for the #8 pick. I was expecting an average OL this year (at best), but now I think it can rise up to a 'solid to good' level.
Clearly the kid has shot so many of those type of videos he just lost track of which one they were talking about! Oh, wait.... I kid, I kid! It was a dumb move by a young guy, but I'm okay with the Phins taking a gamble on him.
