LeBron was probably eating there and snitched him out to the cops.

Man remember that time Klay ran his mouth while up 3-1 and then LeBron served that stuff right back in his face?

For such a great player, he has consistently changed his Free Throw motion over the years, and you can trace his changes to downturns in his FT%. When he sticks with a consistent motion he is clear cut over 80% from the line. then he....changes...it drops.

His elbow flare has been there since the beginning. He worked on it in year 2 in Miami and it disappeared, put up big midrange numbers (Best from midrange in 13')

Must be awesome to be so good that you sabotage your own game and it's still THAT GOOD.

I also remember that Klay dropped 37 in game 5 after running his mouth. He did his damnedest to back it up.

My opinions are consistent regardless of my rooting interest. I criticized Dolphin fans for booing JT and I criticized Cav's fans for booing Varejao. My opinion of Lebron didn't vary when he switched teams. And I do admit when I'm wrong as I did with my eval of McNabb and Ted Ginn. What I don't do is mis-characterize opinions as you're doing with mine. I said that Tannehill could produce top 6 stats when given good protection and balanced play-calling. This is something that has occurred.

You can't do facial hair jokes, or any hair jokes for that matter when your lord and savior has the worse hair plug job since Robert Forster.

So it's okay for Lebron to assemble his rendition of a superteam in CLE..... it's only an issue when it's done in Miami... yeah, no bias here.

It will be interesting to see how his game evolves once he starts declining physically. Jordan was not a great shooter until he aged. He developed a great mid range game and an unstoppable fade away. Lebron has always been a natural passer, and I suspect he will become more of a distributor as he ages.

It should be an issue for Cleveland by definition of 'superteam', because the most important part of the superteam (the three all-stars) in Miami were significantly better at the time of assembly than in Cleveland.

I don't disagree about Miami's Big 3 vs Cleveland's (although many around the country seem to), but now your just arguing about which team is more super, not whether he joined a super team.

Sometimes I forget how intriguing Tyler Johnson could actually be as a point guard. Maybe the Heat are thinking that by 2018-19 they will be making a choice between Goran Dragic or Tyler Johnson. If the former then they amnesty Johnson. If the latter, they trade Dragic.

That's the second time I've heard someone bring up the amnesty thing. What's the deal with that. Is this something that people are anticipating coming in the new CBA? If so, then matching his deal was a good move.

They got Kevin Love who has been decent at best in a trade.

They drafted a STUD in Kyrie (member all that hate some had).

Two greats joining a great is a super team.

    Ha!

Klay pissed Lebron off and he transformed into super Bron and it was bad news from there on out.

Then ran off the court after being pissed on and basically a bad series was over. All the while being called out by Draymond Green of all people.

Man I couldn't have made up a better story book end to that finals.

    Yes. You missed a lot.

You are taking what I said and trying to make it what you think sounds good. Too much of that garbage happens in the mains....let's not do that here.

-I didn't like the way Lebron left or the fact he was chasing a title with IMO too much help.

-After his gutty performance in the finals and one helluva speech, I started to realize the guys not so bad.

-I picked up on some subtle hints he stood a good chance of coming "home"

-I respect THE HELL out of his reasoning outlined in that letter and the fact he could've won another title or two in Miami almost assuredly but opted to take on the ULTIMATE challenge of making good on a promise he made years ago. Harder for Heat fans who were pissed to understand that and take it for what it is.

-I LOVE the fact that he made many look silly who said he would never win a ring in Cleveland, made a bad decision etc. then he turns around and does just that in history making fashion all the while having the greatest NBA finals in NBA history.

This is the outline of what happened and I how I feel about these events and why. I'm sorry as Heat fans some of you are so bitter.

But that's none of my business, because????

    I ain't got no worries.

A lockout or a new CBA is expected before TJ sees that 3rd year, and it will include a new amnesty.

You should worry about all these hot takes blowing up in your face.

What I get from this is that you hated him when he came to Miami, and then you started liking him again, when you got the "hint" that he was gonna leave Miami.

    Is that about it?

The shoe is on the other foot. You guys are a "good" team with Bosh and the guy who left for Cleveland you have been quick to point out many negatives on him and his team (2016 NBA Champs btw)

You guys likely don't have it in you to admit it, but for about two years to the date you have become anti Cleveland and anti Lebron.

I was anti Lebron....I told you that. Your turn.

Please slowly re-read what I said. He gave zero indication he would leave Miami after beating the Spurs (by FAR the best player on the court).

Again, I appreciated his humbleness. He is/was the Ultimate Warrior.

I have been clear about my feelings about LeBron since he was here. The ****ing guy (his people) tried to screw me out of money for christs sake. How many times am I gonna tell the story? I never liked him, even though I say COUNTLESS times, that I put him in the MJ category and even paid him yet another huge compliment in this very thread.

As for being anti-Cleveland. Yes I am. Admitted it many times. You should be too if you ever thought of Dan Marino as a sports hero.

This is the wrong forum so I'll keep it brief, but in 2014-2015 (I made my statement prior to the 2015-2016 season) he had about a 5 game stretch where the OL was healthy and the D was playing well and during that time had a QB rating over 100 that placed him in the top 6 for that period (actually top 3 IIRC). So my statement was simply that given similar, continuous support he would be able to put up the same numbers he already demonstrated he could put up. The point is that whether I root for the team or not my evals are based on factual info rather than on bias.

I've never been anti-Lebron. I've always respected his game and defended him when so many were saying he wasn't clutch back in Cleveland. Then when he joined the Heat I still respected his game but never became a fan and said so even when he was here and we all assumed he would remain with the Heat. I became anti-Cleveland when the organization and their fans behaved in a classless manner on so many occasions. When Lebron left here, I never trashed him or wished him ill. I never bought his jersey, but if I had been a fan of his I wouldn't have turned on him when he did what he felt was best for him even if I disagreed. I do root against Cleveland. It's the same way with Wade despite him being my favorite athlete. I won't root for Chicago. I don't have any antipathy for Chicago, but they're not a team I root for. I have no desire to see them win a championship. But I do wish Wade well and will always welcome him back. And I wouldn't boo him when he returns to play against the Heat. My definition of classless doesn't change depending on my rooting interest.

I see the "so-called" bitter argument is coming out again, without any merit, lol. I'd love to hear how me calling out your flip-flopping without any mention of LeBron or the Cavs makes me bitter. I guess if that makes you feel more secure in your bandwagon jumping, go ahead.

All of what you say here is just dancing around "I hated him when he left, but once he came back, I jumped back on the LeBron train". Why all the pretense that it's anything other than that?

There's some serious revisionist history there. LeBron came to the Cavs knowing they'd get Love, who MANY people claimed was better than Bosh. Just because he didn't work out that way doesn't change what he was supposed to be when this all went down. You claim Kyrie is a stud. Is that not two supposedly great players joining another one? Again, just because the Cavs big 3 isn't as good doesn't mean it isn't a super team. That was three all-stars coming together. It's the same thing.
