http://www.yardbarker.com/nfl/artic...traded_during_training_camp/s1_12680_21319048 This is the second time I saw a list like this with Graham on it. Miami tried to trade for him last year, and Gase loves utilizing the TE. Interesting that one of the money is guaranteed. Come back home, Jimmy lol Also some depth at RB for us could be on this list.
Cameron still under contract and they are talking about "trading" him which im not sure Miami will want to do when we already have someone that is decent at the position. However, I would be open to the idea if they were to sell him at a discount but seeing as they gave up a lot for him last year, I highly doubt it, Seattle is the type of organization that will try and get more then what they gave to get him.
Buffalo has some interesting backfield depth in Gilleslee and Williams. I could see them getting rid of Williams because of his recent 4 game suspension and his maturity level has been questioned. Not the best option but the guy can play and it could be worth a look see. I remember the Giants having some interesting option with Andre Williams and Orleans Darkwa that could be shown the door.
If gase wants a move tight end instead of an inline guy then graham makes sense..don't think Seattle will do it though.
Curious, out of the players we have picked up once they were cut by other teams in the summer, which ones worked out best for us? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jimmy Graham would be different. He is one year removed from being very productive. I would be interested in knowing the salary implications. Sims and Jordan are average, they don't really need to be game planned for. Graham is a matchup nightmare.
Here is a name to think about - Trever Siemian. I have read reports that he has looked really good in Denver's training camp and could legitimately beat out Mark Sanchez. Because the Broncos drafted Lynch and if Sanchez ultimately secures the starting position, Siemian could potentially not make the team. Carrying a 3rd quarterback is tricky business and depends on a lot of variables (special teams players, banged up players not on IR, other position depth). I think he could definitely supplant Matt Moore (I have seen a significant decline in his play in recent years) eventually (his contract is structured in a way that this may be prohibitive). I also think that he could be a nice option if RT regresses/stagnates.
Is Greg Hardy still unsigned? Not suggesting a signing here, but it looks like he could fall into Ray Rice territory. Pass rushers are a premium, someone will sign him ad a camp injury Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm fine with Gillislee. I just mention Williams just because he pissed them off with showing up fat for minicamp and this recent arrest. It's just a name to keep an eye on.
