http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/armando-salguero/article95663307.html Im not sure if I admire Gase for trying. The tapes spoke for itself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We'll see, this combo has been done already in practice and usually only for one series. The coaches are just mixing/matching these guys at this point.
Its a good point, but he really can't be worse than Thomas has been. I think that they'll let he and Turner play it out in the preseason and then decide between the two of them. We'd be better served with Turner winning, because then Bushrod can be the backup at 4 OL positions.
Thomas must really practice well cause he keeps fooling the coaching staffs enough to make it on the field. And every time he plays in a game he's just awful. Hopefully Gase will catch on soon enough.
well the next step now is to see what the new guards can do.....if that doesn't work, we are going to have to lean on this defensive line. Scary
that does seem crazy,if he is practicing well against out DL you would think he would do well in the games. Some guys are just not game players though.
Well.. from today: http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/nfl/miami-dolphins/article95753187.html Thomas and Turner started team drills.. ?#$?%!@? They're saying they want to know the starting OL before 3rd preseason game.
For now, this is Mando being Mando...Not that I disagree completely with that lineup, but this is just Mando speculating...
Article certainly doesn't indicate a permanent change at either position. It would be nice, but I doesn't appear to have happened.
I know that I read Omar say about 2 weeks ago that Thomas was the best OL on the team during practice.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Title is false, thread unecessary... More of the same. As you surely know, theres an active thread from over the weekend... Titled: Shuffling the O-line.... From the original thread: how is shuffling the Oline not worthy of the" shuffling the Oline " thread, but Foster and Parker are ?
