Wonder if this was known before they traded McCain? http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/new...ew-position-for-revis/ar-BBvdK7P?ocid=UE07DHP Jordan still recovering Dion Jordan's return to the Miami Dolphins will have to wait. The defensive end was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list and will miss at least the first six weeks of the season as he recovers from a knee procedure, Jordan, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft, was suspended all of last season for a violation of the league's substance abuse policy. He was reinstated in July.
This is what the beat writers thought would happen. Good move. It allows Dion to get in better football shape to see if he's worth replacing someone on the roster without taking up a spot on the 53.
Not surprising, but I was hoping that they could cut him and save some money under the cap. He's just a waste.
I think we're all very much accustomed to Jordan not being on the field so 6 more weeks is nothing. Big question is whether he'll be on the field after that. Not holding my breath!
Excited our 1st and 2nd round pick might finally see the field again in week 7. Thanks again Jeff. No like he played 30% of the snaps at Oregon or anything..if you want to take a high risk high reward player Im okay with that. Just dont use 2 ****ing picks to get him.
This guy again. He's like a wraith. I think we'll be able to evaluate him during the last ten games. Could go either way where he becomes a starter or we trade him in the offseason. i'm sure he'll be on display.
The Dolphins have been waiting for him to show up since they drafted him. So six more weeks should be no problem. I seriously doubt he will contribute at all this year and by next year I don't see him being a member of the Miami Dolphins. It it is my understanding that he is required to pay back the Dolphins the bonus he received a few years ago because of his multiple suspensions. This might be the first time in the NFL that a player is paying the team to remain on the roster. Once they get their money back, or most of it, his days in Miami will be over IMO.
Bah Trade him to Chip Kelly for a 6th or 7th round pick. Try to get something of value for this waste.
