Are we to assume Pouncey, Jenkins and Parker will be out? so frustrating we can't start the season at least healthy
I hope they slide Jarvis to the outside for Parker and put Jakeem Grant in the slot. I would love to see the Seahawks secondary look silly. Don't think Pouncey will play. Parker has two pulled hammys. Finally, we get to see the Gase effect.
The team has kept quiet about Parker. I don't think we'll know more until the injury reports come out. I read earlier that Jenkins is actually on track to play.
If Parker is out, will be intriguing if they do put still and parker outside and Carroo in slot, or leave Jarvis there. And then can Hunter contribute? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Unless the offenses are similar, which I don't think they are, it may be a bit much to expect Hunter to know more than 5-10 plays realistically. I wouldn't expect much from him in week 1, maybe by the third game he might be up to speed. Now that I've said this he'll play 40 snaps.
you are right. some routes in certain parts of the field are simple. they require no hot reads or thinking. temp fix until Parker can come back and he can learn plays
Let's go four wide with Stills and Hunter on the outside with Jarvis and Jakeem in the slots. That would be really fun providing the o-line plays up to snuff.
They're going to have to be able to keep defenders' arms down / keep them from swatting throws if we're going to use Landry/Grant in the slots.
I just realized that we kept all the picks from this year. Politics or not, that tells you something. If we can get starters/production from those first four picks - Tunsil, Howard, Carroo and Drake, then it is a great building block for the future and the "rebuilding" will be shorter
that is an intriguing lineup, more specifically the slot WR's. Add Foster out the backfield (and Drake) and the hurry-up offense, and it may not be this game, but when they get their health and momentum going, will def be fun to watch
