No doubt they give up the home game right after they redo the stadium with a sweet little home field advantage.

I do like the fact these games are in the morning. For one, you don't have to wait around 2 hours after you're ready for football enduring the pregame-show BS. And secondly, if you actually have a life and want to do something on Sunday afternoon these games allow it.

Looks like it will be one of Miami's home games though.

We've been told we were already popular over there, but with Ajayi emerging whose English by birth....

I'd like it more if we didn't have to give up yet another home game. Wouldn't doubt the NFL is punishing Ross for relenting on public funds and using his own money.

I'm enraged over this bs. Now three home games lost, and four total times deported. It needs to stop.

There are 8 teams that have yet to play in London. Yet we're going for a 4th time. One of which was a divisional game. Has anyone else had to play a divisional game there?

So Ross had to host the Jets game to get the Super Bowl. And now he's required to host another one because we were awarded the Super Bowl. Got it.

Wouldnt a Londan game guarantee a national audience?

This is exactly the answer. As part of getting to host a Super Bowl the "winning" organization must give up a home game to be the host team in London within a 5year window. Didnt have a real choice in the matter and they may as well get it over with.

Didn't they say that the 2015 game we gave up vs the Jets was the payment for the Super Bowl though?

'm not sure if Ross lacks brains or balls or clout...

Jerry Jones and Dan Rooney, one London game each, no home games lost.

    Why did he renovate again?

Pretty sure Ross is just trying to expand the fan base.. I wouldnt doubt it if we end up playing a game there every season eventually.

i dont see the problem. the alternative was not having a renovated stadium/having to use public funding.

The problem is that last year's London trip was supposed to pay the bill. Now, its being doubled. We've been had, an are being screwed.

I'm happy because Its a nationally televised game I'll get to watch at home. Don't like being forced to go for the 4th time before most other teams go once and giving up a home game. Dolphins are a popular team around the world. Embrace it.

If the NFL was smart, (they aren't or they would have fired Goodell years ago) they would have four international locations. Say London, Mexico City, Canada and Tokyo. London is East, Mexico City South, Canada (Toronto Vancouver Calgary???) North and Tokyo (Hong Kong, Sidney???) West. Every matching division, AFC East and NFC East for London etc. Plays one game, AFC v NFC 4v1 2v3 from last year, 3 and 4 lose home games.

Bang! Vote for me for NFL Commish and I will put the Fun back in the No Fun League!

Really tough on the loyal fans in Florida but personally, I am delighted. There's lots of Fins fans over here in the UK (and in Europe too).

I'm hoping for a good game and a Fins win.

For what it's worth, I've seen some dross over here (eg pre-season game in 1988, Ray Lucas as QB and the 1-15 team in 2007, and getting thumped by the awful Jets last year). Only high point was the victory over Oakland in 2014.

I have always felt that getting a Super Bowl game in Miami during the middle of the winter is BS. All the hotels are filled at that time of the year anyway and the financial impact for the South Florida Community is no where near what the NFL claims it is.

Ross makes out because his deal with the county is he gets a large cash bonus for holding the game in his stadium. The other owners get to enjoy the great winter weather, but the average fan can't afford to go to the game.

Personally I think having the regular season game in Miami, instead of London, is far more important to Dolphin fans than having another SB in Miami.

It appears the NFL is constantly taking advantage of Ross by sending the team to London and he appears too weak to tell them, NO.
The fact they are now scheduled to make their fourth trip to London, as well as give up another home game, while some teams have never traveled to London, is simply absurd.
