Gase just said in post game...hes worst play caller in the NFL....hes shouldering alot of blame. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
You seem to think OL should be plug and play...and they arent but your not interested in that. When your down to 2 OL starters...its gonna make playcalling hard...its gonna make deep passes hard. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
That's a huge win. Tannehill was something like 12 out of 14 on the last two drives, which is ****ing nuts considering how the game went. We need to get one of the three injured online back for this week if we can. If not we will still struggle next week. However winning this week will only galvanize this team. Plus going home to what should be an energized home crowd will help. But getting one of those guys back will only help us.
Dear lord South Florida...PLEASE show up for this team...show up next Sunday in force and let The Rock Roll... Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
I have a feeling anti Tanny guys will keep up bringing up how the offense was crap for three quarters to downplay the amazing fact Tany brought us back from the dead.
I'll **** on anyone blaming Tannehill for anything, even if we wound up losing 10-0. 3/5's of the starting OL was out, our number 1, 2 and 3 best players on the line. **** off if you have a problem with Tannehill today.
No O line and rain had this offense looking like crap all day. I am worried about the reliability of this O line at this point. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I didn't think we would win, it's unreal we pulled this off with the amount of Penalties being called
Nothing to be said about Tannehill today. He ran for first downs. he rolled out. He played like a champ down 3 of his best OL's. I don't want to hear a word from anyone today about Tannehill. His balls dropped, he grew faith in the team after being let down for 5 years. The guy is lucky to be alive after dealing with pre Gase OL.
He's never 'clutch' Until he's clutch. Then it's just something else. Thats my ****ing QB. Never doubted once.
Tannehill and Parker are the Players of the game.. wanted to add the offensive line for their bush push but parker and tannehill won the game
I know, they are always hurt... i think we've had 3 games with our starting 5 out there. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
**** yeah! Huge win! I paused the game to take a shower and re-group on 4th and 1 before the fg attempt. Hoping against hope Mia could put together back to back td drives but not expecting it at all. Whoo hoo! These are the games Mia loses every year.
I said in that regard Vt...I was upset that he didn't do that during the game..he won from the pocket, proud of him..happy for him, truly, love how we're gonna be recognized as a team that just won't quit, no matter what, we just won't quit..just keep punching back..until the opponent looks at us like wtf, why aren't you quitting, and when they do that, that's when we punch em in the face... That Landry td could be one of the plays if the year for this TEAM..
Lol..Tannehill was even pushing the pile..you see how pumped he was after Landry got in? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
Somebody photoshop RT17's head on Ironman's body because quite frankly, that's reality. So much respect for a QB who has taken more sacks than anyone over a long period and has never given up, doesn't wimp out, doesn't give up, just keeps getting up and playing.
Devante Parker coming up huge! Good to see! If Tannehill gets to where he trusts Parker more and gives him chances downfield, its going to be huge for this O. Despite the INT earlier, it was one of the few plays and throws I liked up to that point. It wasnt a great throw by thill and Parker misjudged it but I will take Parker in a jump ball over a S everytime. The throw shouldve been more on a line and toward the pylon so the defender wouldve had no play on the ball but regardless its a throw and play I hope to see more of.
Any play called expecting/needing Kenny Stills to make a key block on a screen or quick hit is a bad call. Definition of insanity thing to me.
We should be wanting to isolate Parker in those situations, however he has shown he has not been able to win those in the way he should. More and better focus and production. It's not talent that stops those from happening. Quality teams need to expect and count on wins from their physically talented high #1 drafted WR.
The game does highlight that we still need to add a quality lineman via the draft or FA. It also illustrates why we need another defensive end as well. Branch, while having a good season overall is someone you'd like to have more legitimate competition for (plus hopefully the player can log some snaps at left DE to help spell Wake). It still remains a certainty that we retain Wake next year. Jason Jones I'm not overly impressed with, but he is versatile and is an experienced player which is somewhat valuable. But upgrading his spot would be a nice plus.
He's getting credit. NBC, football night in america show tonight after the game revealed the NFL's list of "ready to hire" and "recommended" head coaching candidates. Vance Joseph is on that list. That list, gets circulated to all teams apparently according to their report. It's attention I wish he wasnt getting right now, for selfish reasons of course.
What that doesn't show is how many drives were killed due to penalties either on the OL or WR. Parker and Stills each killed drives with either a penalty or a drop or misplayed balls when we needed them to make plays.
All I want for Christmas is for the Fins to win out and the Pats to lose 1, and we play for the division last game... I know it's probably not exactly right, but you get the idea.
Gase, the QB whisperer, is making believers out of everyone. Not gonna get caught up & look waaaay down the line, but if we add the right roster pieces imo we will be in for a great ride.
