Gronk Out Several Weeks

8 weeks is absurd for a guy who will have his 3rd back surgery since college. He isn't coming back. I'll be shocked if he's every the same player again.

 

I've learned not to count out the Patriots.

 

No, it will not cripple them but it definitely hurts. They just became a weaker team.

 

Gronk is a beast. He'll come back and he's still be very good. More likely that his back injuries will start coming back more often and he will miss more time though

 

I read the other day that the Patriots may not even have him back since someone would pay a premium on the 8th year TE who's likely to retire anyway.

I hope Gronk considers his long-term health. Three back surgeries?
