Coral Reefer.... I'm a beach boy at heart. Diver, fisherman, beach volleyball player, bikini connoisseur and all around advocate of the Jimmy Buffet lifestyle of rum, burgers and flip flops on a beach.
Ummm, I thought GridIronKing sounded bad ***... But then it turned into Griddlecakes because FINintheMOON had it printed as GridLronKing34 on my C2C jersey in NJ... I got a lot of crap about it, mainly from Sam, because he's a prick like that. Then when I got back, Mindwarp changed my avatar to a stack of pancakes because well, he's a prick too. And then begun the nickname that had to stick.............. damn you all. From there began humiliation... because I was being made fun of by guys like Samphin, enforcer, etc... Its like being picked on by nerds... 34 is because it was always my favorite number, when I was younger I was a fan of Ricky Watters because he was good and he knew it... That and he was unstoppable on the SNES Madden games... But I joined Finheaven after Ricky Williams' big year and 34 seemed like the perfect number... then a year later he retired and I was ashamed of the number.... But now it's OK because he's back and better than ever.
Nope. I am a season ticket holder since 1990. At the OB I used to buy tickets for all the games though. I have a pretty impressive attendance record going.
you should be ashamed of yourself......... that whole little "rant" about people making fun of the name griddles.....and I'm not mentioned....considering I came up with it..........while you were staring at me on a dark highway in a jam-packed van listening to terrible music that KB had on while he was pissed about his wife!!!! I hate you for not giving me props for making fun of you.....yet you mentioned enforcer damnit griddles....damn you
I only named the two biggest losers on ThePhins as examples... so be happy I don't consider you one of the two biggest losers on ThePhins... it's a good thing!
Originally, back in the QuantumLink days ... when one rocked the Internet on the Commodore 64, my user name was DrZoom. It was a bastardization of comic villain Doctor Doom, but changed to reflect my zooming around in my wheelchair. Much later, when I started using the Interwebs for real, I needed a longer screen name, so I thought Astro fit in the middle kind of nicely. Voila!
and now your the starting quaterback for the palm beach sick faulkers......who woulda thought you'd come so far on the internet!!!!!
Mine is pretty obvious .Football is about Crunchtime and I am happy to say that after a long off season Crunchtime is here .
Mine probably doesn't need too much in the way of an explanation. I've got my own ideas of what is on time and what is late. I've even lost a couple of jobs for being late. In fact the main thing my wife and I argue over is when to arrive somewhere. She's just the opposite of me.....
GW gave it to me way back on the other site. I am pretty sure he gave it to me as an insult initially, but I ended up taking a liking to it and stuck it to him by using it. Before that my name was Frisches13283 I think (back when Muck was a rat and the article ninja was rampant), and that comes from my childhood nickname and my favorite Qb and WR duo. Frisch(es) because that is the name of the Big Boy franchise where I was from, and I looked a hell of a lot like the mascot.
