Remember when the sky fell and Denver matched our offer? Do we have the season we had without essentially Ajayi? It is not the yards in total that has made him more valuable than Anderson or Miller, it is the timely, devastating runs that did

Great call, things happen for a reason and I am for sure one of the ones that really wanted CJ on our team. Glad it worked out for the best!!!

Not only that, but on a karma level, since Denver screwed us out of Anderson, its only fitting their misfortune of losing allowed us to clinch.

The past is the past, time and the universe have moved on since then and there no way of rolling it back or knowing how the path would have proceeded - if it could have even proceeded that way at all in the first place. I'm just glad that most of the choices that were made have worked out this well!

Same thing for the Miller debate. Sure yards are the same, but Ajayi had more killer runs in obe year than Miller had his entire career here

But you don't know what Miller could have done behind this line.

I never wanted CJ, glad we have the Beast, but having Miller and the Beast would have been truly special.

CJ is still a better back than Miller, and possibly still better than Ajayi.
Did anyone watch the Super Bowl besides me ? I was dying to replace No-Show Lamar Miller with CJ, all while knowing Ajayi was a nice power back. Don't for a second think we are better off without a guy like that. Miller however is very replaceable. Durable? Yes.... But what's his YPC now in a run first offense ? He's not physical OR explosive, he's just fast and durable.

I trusted Gase then, and I trust him a lot more now. Foster looked primed for a good year, but it didn't work out. We got the running game on track regardless. It now feels like we have Spencer Ware ( d.Williams ) and Gio Bernard ( K.drake ) behind an MVP caliber workhorse like M.Lynch ( Ajayi )

Will Jay want a new deal ? What will he command? Ultimately we've got to love how this worked out, if only Foster never got in the way....

As of mid-September, it was really hurting that we weren't able to get CJ Anderson. We know what happened since.
You know it's a special season when......

I'd still take CJ Anderson if he becomes available. I love Ajayi - but I love Ajayi + Anderson better.

If Anderson led us to cutting Ajayi, then no I am glad we have Ajayi, but if it meant for us having Ajayi and Anderson, id be okay with that! But hey, I am happy where we are at
