Didn't Kircus beat the holy hell out of someone on the Broncos or something like that? Smart man to kepe himself away from that situation again. I think Kircus could squash Allen in a heartbeat if he wanted too.
In '07 Kircus was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault. He allegedly got into an argument during a party and hit a man in the face after being asked to leave. That was the only thing I could find on him.
Why are lightweights like a WR and a Corner fighting anyway. Will Allen has a bed bath record and kircus has a record for fighting. Of course the media will jump on anything like this. it is you guys that make this into a story. I would like to see Allen or kircus pick a fight with Roth or Ferguson. That would be funny--and kind of short
A guy on our team kicks and punches another guy (on the same team, no less!!) who lays indefensible and retreated on the field, and you all applaud this? Wow.
Its the heat of the battle, most teams actually embrace this stuff to a degree. Its a violent sport it happens. The important thing is they move on and keep practicing.
Uhm, I don't think anyone is applauding it...? If anything, the majority here is wondering what the heck happened more than anything else. No one is supporting Allen or calling Kircus a wuss for not defending himself. In fact, I praised Kircus for not punching back as it showed incredible restraint from a man who has a history of violence and probably could have decimated Allen is he chose to do so.
