I think Sean Mcdermott is the defensive version of Adam Gase. What are your guys thoughts?

I know we took a double hit, losing Vance and having Buffalo get SM

I hope he falls on his face and they go 2-14 next year

I honestly have no strong feelings about him. I don't like anything about the Panthers style, so I watch very few of their games, and when I do, I generally root against them. Before they were hit hard by injuries this season, his defenses had three very good years in a row. However, we all know that being a great X&O coordinator doesn't always translate into being a good head coach. Buffalo looks to be a bit of a mess behind the scenes, they don't know whether they want Taylor to be their QB or not, McCoy is coming up on 30, and their recieving corps is either injury prone or mediocre. Hopefully, Ajayi can keep averaging 200 yards a game on their defense!

I think he's great for the defense. Not sure how much the offense will improve. Still its a good hire. The talent in buffalo is on the defensive side. They will be a tough out next year

I'm nuetral on the hire, I do think the Rams hire is a little disgraceful and will be a disaster.

A disaster maybe. No one can know. But why disgraceful? Guys like John Madden, Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher and our own Don Shula were only a little older when they got their first head coaching jobs.

I just feel as if there is guys who worked there way up in there 30s and 40s working as assistants and some how some guy who just looks like a douche gets a head coaching gig before them?
