Did New England get called for even a single penalty last night? The refs always seem to "let them play the game" whenever they're at home.

Good news is, I can use this thread to show my 16 year old step daughter that nothing dies on the internet, and the embarrassment it can cause years later for anything posted online. Thanks.

Until BB retires or unless Gase is some genius, the Pats will not be dethroned.

Pats are never done. What is this talk (nfl network) that if they beat the Chiefs (week 1) they will go undefeated?
saying this team is the better team compared to the squad of 2007, can't fathom it again.

After the Pats were busted for cheating, (The likes of which we will probably never know due to the cover-up) they have gone 2-3 in the Super Bowl. They are most likely still cheating to some degree, but it seems to be not as efficient.

    When cheating they are 3-0.

    After 2-3.

Now, I'd love it if the Dolphins were 2-3 in the Super Bowl over the last 11 seasons, but when you think of the Pats "dynasty" as pre and post Spygate (with more than likely some cheating being sprinkled in there post, too) it doesn't seem as dominate.

Show me where I mentioned Brady in that post. lol

Seriously though, did this game feel different to you? The Pats didn't seem to be playing with that fire we're all used to seeing. In all honesty I think the Eagles are more talented and should have won by more (especially if they hadn't of dropped those 2 poorly thrown ball by Brady), but the Pats just seemed different.

They seemed fine to me. Philly has a top defense who was getting in Bradys face all night. Philly defense was quick to the ball just like Atlanta was, but they didn't tire out like Atlanta did. Also, Doug Pederson didn't take his foot off the gas and went for it on 4th down with two gutsy calls. Pats defense played soft and couldn't tackle which let Foles pick them apart. Seems to me like they thought that Foles would be easily confused by complex defenses when in fact he was well prepared.

Defensively they competed and tackled very poorly (especially on 3rd downs) which is very unlike a Belichick coached defense.

The reports about a "locker room divided" over Butler seems to have affected their intensity, maybe?

After this game and now the McDaniels thing makes me think that BB is halfway out the door.

Actually, they didn't win one until 10 years after Spygate. They went to 2 more between that time.

Most rational people consider Spygate a period of time and not just one season. The Pats cheated by spying from 2001 until 2007 when they were caught. Their last Super Bowl win during the Spygate period was the 2004 season. Their next Super Bowl win was in the 2014 season.

It actually makes me laugh that you spend more time thinking about the Pats then your own team.. lol.

As we all know, the NFL is probably rigged (unless the Pats lose, then it's because they didn't cheat).

Don't let it consume so much of your day, it won't change anything and the dishes are starting to pile up.

Plus, Travis just showed up so this thread will probably get hijacked into him telling us how good looking he is.

LOL...I only think about the Pats when I'm on here or watching the Dolphins spank them. ;)

Their cheating doesn't mean they win 100% of the time. It just means that they get that little advantage that other teams don't. You know, like enough to win 5 Super Bowls by the skin of their teeth.

Lol at the vice article written by a Giants fan. That's like you or I writing an article about the Jets.

Still laughing at this one: Brady is a 40-year-old, vacant-brained dip**** who supported a white supremacist for president and spends his downtime trying to sell magic potion to people who don’t know any better.

I'm confused. How is him being a Giants fan and hating the Pats the same as a Pats or Dolphins fan hating the Jets?

    The article is genius. lol

It's just like if FinD wrote an article about eating meat and Donald Trump having a child, Barry writing an article about being funny, and MonstBlitz writing about women, it's hard to be objective when you are writing about things you hate and/or have no interest in.

ok, the first two are probably more accurate. If CashinFish didn't get banned he might be able to clear the third one up.

Come on now. Hyperbole isn't needed when talking about the refs. We all know that refs miss calls. However, we all also know that the Pats cheat. ;)
