My metric is SB wins. After the Jets (which get a special place in hell) the degree to which I hate a team is proportional to how many more SB wins they have than us. Anyway, whatever metric you use we gotta get back into the consistent playoff team category or we're going to move down on those lists.
Yeah. I'll use that metric too when we have a lot more of them lol. For now I'll take winning percentage because it's a damned good metric. But again, when we have 7 SB wins, I'll totally go that way. So that should be five years from now right?

What have we done since 2012, let alone 2001. We haven't been legit since around 1993. You think anyone would care? This is the exact mediocrity that I am talking about. You think I can strut around all day talking about our record since the merger or our undefeated season? I can understand history and tradition, but not 40+ years old. Maybe under 10 years old.
Who cares if it was decades ago? That's part of this franchise's history! And that perfect season has only gotten MORE valuable as time has passed.

I agree with that. I want us to be dominant again like we once were long ago. Where winning 10 or 11 games at least is the expectation and the ones we lose we lose by surprise. I don't want to be mumbling "now don't screw it up" when we have a lead and when we have a playoff game we're an immediate write off against another wild card team.
