Fantastic. And the ISA piece reinforces my opinion that by taking GREAT care of their hurt players (like Misi, and ISA) the Phins send a message to that team that this IS a family, that they are not just using them and discarding them, that the organization DOES have their back. That builds trust, loyalty, and lets players go all-out physically without worrying as much about what will happen if they play very physical and get hurt. Plus, it's just the right thing to do.
