According to James Walker of ESPN.com, Henry is on his way to Cincinnati to sign a contract that will put him back in the right kind of orange, and the right kind of stripes.

Henry has been suspended the first four games of the season, but is permitted to sign with a team and participate in practice.

Once he’s cleared to play, he’ll most likely step right into his old role as the No. 3 receiver. If Chad Johnson’s shoulder injury ends up being more serious than initially reported, Henry could be a starter.

What's the over/under on an arrest in the near future? As bad as we are right now, at least we're not the Bungles.

I actually want him on this team to be honest with you.

Really? He's a one man crime wave. I don't see Parcels putting up with that here.

Yeah, I've wanted him here since he got cut by the Bengals. I don't find him that big of a deal. I know he is a headcase off the field as he has a long rap sheet but he has never been convicted of any crimes. Further along, we all know his character is poor but maybe with a change of scenery, he will change. I know it sounds unlikely but we have strong leadership in this locker room. I find it a rather boom or bust deal if we were to acquire him (which we won't now but at the time). You give him a one year deal at a million or the minimum. If he fails to perform and stay out of trouble, you simply cut him and move on. If he shapes up and performs, you got yourself a nice bargain player.

It's not like David Kircus is a saint though. And he's still here so far. As for Henry, I think he has what it takes to be a #1 so long as he gets his head straight. I kinda hoped we'd give him a flier just as I hoped we'd give James Hardy one.

The bengals are idiots. They cut a guy still on his rookie contract, now they give him a multi year extension at what Id imagine is a higher rate just to get him back....

    Indecisive and moronic.

I can't believe they took this guy back. They cut him and go on about taking problem and back character guys off the team... and now they go and sign him back? What kind of message does that send in the locker room?? We cut you because you cant stay out of trouble and were going to lay down the law around here finally, then 4 months later you bring him back... pretty senseless. Sure he's talented, but can he stay out of trouble... doubtful.
