Fellas, I know it has been a rough week. Now a 9:30 start is upon us. What are gameday plans for the early game? Mine starts Sat night, making sure I don't get too drunk, so I can wake up early and get my run in and prepare the man cave for the game. I'll admit I won't have anything cooking, but will crack that first beer at 9:15.

Is it televised? I remember trying to watch the Jax/Balt game last week just to kill time and couldn't, at least not on TV.

Yes, it'll be on FOX on National television, thankfully.

As for me, I'm an old man (turned 40 yesterday) with two small kids, so I don't drink much, I never "go out" and I get up no later than 6am every day anyways. The 9:30 start is awesome! Waiting until 1pm (or 4, UGH!) for a game sucks. I would love to be on the West Coast where the games are at 10am most weeks. And then I can just eat lunch after the game is over, before the 1pm games start. If we can win, it will be a wonderful day.

oh man I don't feel bad for your 915 beer hahah what I do feel bad for is my wife wondering why the hell im drinking at 6am, I crack beers weekly at 915 over here on the west coast. The key is get some tomato juice with a splash of lime juice and mix in your fav beer with some pancakes, great breakfast!!!!

I haven't even thought about Sunday yet 630am start is ridiculous, I like to play and think im not exited about being hammered by 9am like im in college again!!!

I record the games and watch them at night when the wife goes to bed. Too much to do during the day generally.

My weekly ritual is this, I wake up about 530-6am, take a shower throw on my 72 throw back logo t shirt head to the store to get whatever my 3 yr old requested for breakfast the night b4 grab a 30 pack of bud light with a rams or chargers logo on em and return home. I put whatever we decided to smoke the night b4 in the smoker about 715. My son is usually awake by this time and we start making breakfast and this is when I crack my first beer about 845 (because I need a grease can for the bacon or sausage :)) then we eat while we watch terry Howie jimmy and Strahan. Then my son picks out whatever jersey im wearing for the day (only after a loss the week before) last 2 weeks it was a throw back old logo Suh jersey. So with this early start I am going to have to have him pick out a new jersey 1 of the 35 I own the night before. I could be grouch all day starting at 9am or it could be a good day. Most likely my wife will wake up because my son is yelling cadences out like he's Peyton in the living room, his favorite is "mic 58 mic 58, green 180 set hut hut "lifts leg") GO PHINS!!!!

I'm on the Left Coast so it's a 6:30am start time. Most likely going to DVR it so I can speed through all the BS at the begining of the game and the commercials.

I haven't decided yet. Will start drinking around 8 with a little brunch or something. Kinda goofing up my typical Sunday grilling pre game. At home feet up hopefully not needing to throw things at tv.

Up at 6am, then about a hour's drive to Sheffield to catch 8am coach to London, landing in the capital around 11.30. Really looking forward to it again, win, lose or draw. Win - obviously like...

I'll be wearing my lucky Surtain 23 game shirt tomorrow. Oh to have him or someone like him in the secondary now eh?

I'll give you all a wave. :salute:

last week's jetdown, plus the amount of incessant stuff coming up w this team around drama, injuries, etc.

I need to see them perform well again before I start to get any level of excitement back. Last week was horrific. The week before our offense struggled too. Two TDs in two games. Not much to be pumped about.

Pick up at 7.30am and getting dropped just outside London to catch train straight to Wembley for about 10. Straight to finvasion 17 event at pub outside stadium for a few hours before hitting tailgate.

After a week of feeling 'meh' about this game I'm beginning to get hyped, but more for the experience of seeing my beloved team again rather than any optimism of a result.

After our first football season together I started noticing my wife putting squishy phins footballs and stuffed animals around me while watching games. And after we had kids she started leaving the house with them. Now she just kicks me out to the bar. Where I drink alone. Not many people in the bar at 10 am most weeks. But I usually get a good TV, and my favorite bartender, and a few arsehat patsie fans.

But tomorrow since the game is on at 630am here, the bars not open. My girls are up early anyway so we're going to make pancakes and watch together. I'm older now ;)

Just for you, in the spirit of intergalactic cooperation and unity, I will wear my Sam Madison #29 and pray that somehow we can channel those two to our Defenders while they try to slow down Brees. Go Phins!!!

Saw the dude with surtain 23 on, if I had read this would've given you a beer. I was with the lone Titans fan that spent the day getting high fives and pointed at for those checking off seeing every team...

As to the game, ****ing awful but Wembley is a phenomenal venue to watch any sports events

Nice one. Was that in the boozer before hand or in the stadium? If the latter, I was high up in the end zone, slightly right of the posts.
