I thought we finally had the right coach.I was wrong! Not scoring nothing but a garbage td against 2 of the worst def in the league pretty much seals the deal for me.I don't want to hear well we started off last year 1-3 or 1-4 I forget but not happening this year with this schedule.
This is the worst 2 games of offence in probally franchise history and its not like we don't have talent. If its 2 and 15 the drive is always over because its always some stupid conservative play call everytime. He doesn't even try to pick up the firstdown,.Horrible playcaller.
I feel bad for the defence.
The worst part is I will be on facebook bowing to some jackass because I will lose a bet that the phins would have better record than eagles this year.

It's certainly not the worst 2 games of offense in franchise history!! That's overreaction + short memory.

But yeah .. Gase gets the lions share of the blame IMO for not getting this offense moving so far. Still, gotta give him time to see if last year was just a fluke or not.

Yes the oline has been bad but gases playcalling has also been bad.

And the problem with the oline was predictable. I predicted we would regress this year because we did not address our terrible guard play from last season. Bushrod played terrible last season and we resigned him to start again just because he was the cheapest option available and he is still playing terrible. Our only other signing was ted larsen who is a career backup. Our oline last year was actually marginally better than this year.

That along with gase's stupid play calling is mostly to blame for this horrendous offense.

Really?Pretty much 2 shutouts in a row against Def that were ranked in high 20s or 30s.

I'm sure you haven't forgotten how the 2013 season ended? We had a chance at the playoffs and we lost 0-19 at Buffalo and then 7-20 vs. the Jets. Forget the scores for a moment and look at the offensive stats:

0-19 against Buffalo, Tannehill had a 45.6 passer rating with 37% completion percentage for only 82 yards. Rushing game? We ran for only 14 total yards!!

7-20 against the Jets, Tannehill had a 42.1 rating with 50% completion percentage with 1 TD and 3 INT's.

I'd say those two performances were worse overall performances offense-wise (and more important considering the playoff implications) than the last two games we just played.

I would say you were right but this year we were supposed to have an explosive offense and the jets were in tank mode this season and the saints have been one of the worst defences in the league the last 3 years and we put up 6 points.

Yeah the one comparison we can't yet make is how good (or bad) the Jets and Saints defenses end up being this year. We'll have to revisit that at the end of the year. For reference, Buffalo was ranked 20th and Jets were ranked 19th in defense by points allowed in 2013.

Consider that a HUGE sign of essential understanding that seems to get put on the back burners when the opportunities were there for significant improvement. What are they thinking ? Damn can't they even see it now....

DB is very similar. Defence can't get off the field on 3rd dn. even 3rd and longs....unbelievable
