I feel like Whiteside would still be the A-side player on the Heat though, no?

Speaking of which, remember when Whiteside mocked Kemba after he fould Kemba? LMao

I'm not sure his game is going to decline very sharply with age. His game isn't just pure athleticism.

I really don't understand why Winslow still cannot finish a transition layup at this point. Should be one of the easiest plays for a pro. Embarrassing.

He was playing great, but seemed to be worn out at the end of the game. I don't think he quite has his legs yet after being out for as long as he was. He got blown by a few time. He shouldn't have been out there to close the game.

IT is tough to listen to. Guy is now talking about how much better the defense was in Boston over Cleveland. I have a couple of problems with this statement.

    1) Again, get over it IT, your not in Boston. Boston was done with ya for a bigger, better all around PG. Kyrie is better than you. Get over it.

    2) While I agree the defense was better in BOS, IT is absolutely trash on that end of the floor, so he’s a bitter hypocrite now.

I mean, you really would think IT played there for 10+ seasons and won multiple titles. IT, my man, you took them to the conference finals and even they realized you couldn’t get em over the hump to a championship series so they moved on from ya. This guy thinks very highly of himself, while hes a quality player and a star, he isn’t a Superstar and there’s a big difference.

I hear what you're saying, but with Miami's Heat Culture mantra, they're unlikely to make a move unless a player is considered a malcontent, or the move is a blockbuster. I think Kyrie qualifies, but I don't see Walker being a justifiable move.

Side note: Injuries really suck. Fighting for the 3 seed, Cleveland is bombing right now, but we miss Dragic tonight and have been without TJ for a while. I'm not even counting Ellington because we know he's out until next season.

    Edit: Meant to say Waiters

Welcome to hell, GSW. Rockets beat you and the refs.

Harden-CP3-Capela are 17-0 when they play together this season and 2-0 against GSW.

    Next up...Miami

*Shout out to Mark Jackson for complaining about the Rockets only getting 1 all-star. We should have 4 just like those scrub Warriors.

I hope all of your team is healthy. This isn't like last year when the Rockets didn't care about losing to irrelevant teams like the Lakers and Heat.

That Clippers incident has pissed off the Rockets and united this team even more. Your team is relevant now, so I expect more focus and a 20 point win on Monday against the Heat. Good luck, though.

One thing I have to say, the East is far better than I thought it would be this season. Usually what I do to compare the conferences is to see how low of a seed Eastern teams would be if they were in the West, and it's not that bad.

Welcome to hell? Imagine if a Heat fan said that last year after we beat the Warriors. Cringetown.

    Scrub Warriors..

    Fraud MVP..

    Bitter Rockets fan..

I get why, the McGrady era has obviously left you scorned. 2+ decades since your last chip.. Probably 2 more upcoming. They are not getting past GS, sorry.

It’s fun to banter a bit, but the regular season doesn’t matter in the NBA. Talk to me about how great your team is when they start winning in the postseason.

    Wooooh...

    Why so sensitive, lol?

*Take it as a compliment. This year we can actually trash talk because both teams are playing well. If you go back to last year's thread, I didn't even bother. So, prepare for this 20 point loss.

You're the one crying about a meaningless MVP award (which should go to LeBron every year) and the all-star game. Every post. It is annoying, man. Enjoy the season, this is the only part of it that you'll be able to gloat at. Once the playoffs roll you'll see the same CP3 and Harden that always emerge.

Crying? I'm enjoying the season (just like every season). What is there to cry about? I do enjoy annoying and taking jabs at people though.

You sound bitter. You must have been one of those 2-3 guys in here that predicted the Rockets to be 4th or 5th best in the West before the season. I know the other 2 guys that said it (I won't call names), but I must have missed you. Im glad u find it annoying...that means it is working, lol.

I predicted the Rockets to win the championship last year. They are unmatched as far as disappointing fans.

Did the same at the beginning of this season. They just aren't that good.

That makes no sense. If you were so disappointed last season, why choose them this season? Also, I don't recall seeing one single person saying it in here this preseason...I remember you did last year though.

As for that last statement about not being good, I will address it after Monday's game.

This is on point. How in the hell does one think that a regular season matchup or two for the GSW and Rockets is going to resemble in any way the way the Warriors will look in the postseason? They still have MVPs and depth for days. I don't like it either, but the Warriors are going to win. That's what they do.
