There is no one on this team that I consider untradable.

    Pelicans SWEEP.

It feels so good when your team wins playoff games. It’s been so long for this Phins/Pels fan.

That was kind of amazing. They have been pretty dominant knocking off a 3 seed in the West. Good for you GARDENHEAD, your team has been bad for a while, and you don't shoot your mouth off like some other, ahem, unnamed person frequenting this thread.

Hey man, I don't apologize for strutting my Knicks fandom all over this forum.

They are the gold standard of success in this league.

Wow dude you’re sensitive. Grow a pair.

I’m NOT jealous of the 76ers and no one is! You comparing how you perceive I feel to how the rest of the league and fans felt about the Heat is a joke all in of itself. No one is jealous here, buddy.

Maybe you need to get off your high horse as if the 76ers have won ANYTHING, lol. Your post really is a joke and you’re obviously over sensitive.

I hate the fact that teams tank to get high draft picks. That’s my point and its not impressive when you lose for 20 years then end up with a solid team.

One more thing. I lived through all of the Heats championships. I will NEVER be “jealous” of the 76ers.

The fact that you have 2 favorite NBA teams is stupid too.

Funny your calling me sensitive after you mocked the Sixers and I called you out on your sour grapes because Sixers are whooping the Heats *** and that has you all upset, so you mock the fact they are good saying

“Yay, golf clap, let’s celebrate the Sixers losing on purpose for so many years” or some condescending BS like that as if the Heat is the golden standard. Lol LeBron came to Miami and y’all fans got lucky. Riley isn’t some draft guru. Miami ain’t a dynasty. They are the luckiest organization in basketball. Plain and simple. That organization has 2 less titles if LeBron never comes.

    Get over yourself.

Your the typical fan I’m sure. Mock Ben Simmons until he is on your team, type of fan.

I bet you hated LeBron.... until LeBron signed in Miami, then you probably rode his jock.... hard.

Hey, Sixers will end the Heats Misery on Tuesday. Soon enough. That Heat roster never stood a chance, and never will, as I said. They may need a 7 year plan or the Heat aren’t winning anything in the next decade and soforth.

Don’t plan on LeBron coming back too. That roster is horrid and so many more rosters look whole lot better. That and the fact that Miami isn’t on LeBrons list anyways. Years of mediocrity bout to get served cold when pickups like James Johnson is the best you got every year, good luck. Lol you’ll need it.

.....yea.....I would agree with underlined. Riley post Lebron has been pretty damn average.

However props to these guy's for sticking around and supporting Heat basketball. I remember when this thread was littered with Heat fans. Now?? Truly are M.I.A

Chris Bosh going down with the blood clots is what killed the Heat and Riley. But I believe he'll bounce back this summer.

So much for being a fan of both teams. Guess it is whichever team is better at a given moment.

A bet for 76ers and Heat to show.. Never to win.

No Aesop, I am a fan of both. But Heat fans should be the last fans in the world to cast stones at any team for any reason, we were gifted LeBron. No high horse needed. I’m Not a fan of the current state of the Heat roster and I don’t feel like I should have to hide that. Dragic will never win as 1 option. And that’s where the Heat are. Just like Philly in 2012 (And I didn’t hide my displeasure with the Sixers then), good enough for a low playoff seed and that’s it. Chopped it up and now the Sixers can actually COMPETE for a championship and Heat fans are mad about it.

I’ll call it how I see it. They are playing good team inspired ball right now, but with a team like this, this is the BEST ball you’ll see played by em and that’s good enough to lose 4-1 in a playoff series. Major changes to the roster are needed and necessary for the Heat to COMPETE for a championship in the future. If they want to continue to bring in B and C level talent, well, that’s just hard to root for and they can enjoy the ceiling of a 5-6 seed playoff team. Sorry.

I'm not a fan of the current state of the roster either but when you flippantly say:

.. It becomes hard to take you seriously as a Heat fan.

They didn’t stop competing, they just threw trash out there like Tony Wroten and had him compete, good enough for a sure loss but at least they weren’t in denial about where that 2012 team was, it was a middling team that wasn’t capable of competing for a championship even after beating the Bulls in the first round of the playoffs, similar to the Heat now, and you can’t just always buy a championship like Heat did in 2010, so to become a championship team, you have to tank and Philly isn’t the only team, Suns have sucked for years, but they don’t draft well, so let’s get mad at them too while we are at it, oh wait, y’all don’t care because they suck, that’s right.

The Heat did not buy the Big 3 team, they drafted Wade who the other guys wanted to come down and play with.

So much harbored resentment. People still can’t get over the fact that LeBron came here to win and did. That was like 7 years ago and you can let it go now.

The NBA Welfare system isn’t the only way to win a championship either so stop saying the only way to win is through FA superstars or tanking.

While I semi agree, it was still a bought title. The front office didn’t have to do anything besides say “yes”. It wasn’t an organization that did smart drafting to win titles, that was LeBron, and I’m thankful to LeBron for coming. I won’t throw shade at other teams for how they chose to build considering, in one day, the Heat went from a mediocre team that couldn’t win the big one anymore to the best team in the league.

Show me an example from the past ten years where a team won that didn’t tank or sign big names... don’t worry, I’ll wait.

Answer: you can’t, please exit the conversation, this isn’t 1992, it’s 2018, wake up and smell the roses.

And what’s it matter? Sixers are ending the Heats year this Tuesday. Tune in. I will live in the now. Sixers are a lot better than the Heat. They will continue to be owned by the Sixers. Done.

None of that happens if the Heat don’t draft Wade. You have to get lucky and get a superstar via the draft like we did in 2003 and the Warriors did with Steph. The rest falls into place.

It’s been 5 years since the Heat won anything. I’m not even close to wanting them to tank. I enjoy them being competitive even while being faced with the reality that they aren’t winning it all.

Take all the cheap shots and discredit him all you want but the beauty of having Riley is he will always keep us competitive one way or another. So we as (real Heat) fans don’t have to worry about becoming a trash bin team long term like the 76ers have been for 30 yrs. When he retires, who knows?

Hey, when the 76ers incompetence rears it’s ugly face again maybe you can take your Heat jersey back out of your closet.

Heat are a trash bin team. Just disguised as lovey manure. If you aren’t competeting for a championship, your team isn’t good. Lol there is no such thing as a 15th place “winner” in sports. However, in Miami.... lmao
