    Warriors in 6

All that NBA reg season fuss, and this is the matchup we will get again.

Agreed, but I am usually wrong LOL. Although I think the Cavs will only need 5. That team is gelling at just the right time.

That would be a game 7 for the ages, with it being in HOU and all.

I think part of me just wants that to be a 7 game series since we’ve all been waiting for this series since around the ASB when it was painfully obvious that this series was the real NBA Finals barring a choke job in the actual NBA Finals.

Well, I predicted Cavs and Rockets before the season started. I'm sticking with it. Time to shock the world.

Dwayne Casey got the hammer brought down on him after the best season in Toronto Raptors history. They're chokers, but they choke against LeBron, the guy who makes the finals every season. He's going to simultaneously over and under achieve somewhere in short order. The league is going to get significantly better once Toronto stops hoarding their useful players just to lose in the playoffs.

Toronto is simply the new mavs. They can keep this team together for another 5 years and theyll win 48-52 games a year but until they find better SG or Sf to go with Lowry, Derozan and a PF who can stretch the floor more then Ibaka theyre going to struggle with the Cavs, Rockets, Boston, Warriors etc (i.e. the elite teams...i included boston as in when healthy theyre better then Toronto imo)

Celtics are going to be so deep when Hayward and Irving come back.

The defensive scheme on Bron is next level coaching.

Lebron won't be able to power to the rim vs these guy's.

I was thinking this series was going to go 7, but cleveland needs to get their **** together if they want to to go 6.

I think thats the worst we see of lebron this series.

For those of us who are fans of non playoff teams, the draft lottery is Tuesday Night. This year will be 33 years since 33 was drafted for NYK. #HappyFrozenEnvelopeDay #DoItAgain

On a different note, I think the Knicks are in love with Luca Doncic and I hope it so. He’s not a typical Euro in that he’s scrappy and tough in addition to skilled. I think it fits with KP and Ntilinkina. But he’s going to go top 3 imo. The Knicks will likely end up in the 7-10 range and probably need to set their sights on Jaren Jackson or Wendell Carter. Carter in particular is a player I like as he reminds me a lot of Al Horford. My biggest fear is Scott Perry’s recent remarks about Ntilinkina being a 2...he’s a PG and his defense is already elite at that position. And neither Colin Sexton or Trae Young are half the defender Frank is. While I like Young and Sexton as a prospect, Young is not Steph Curry (who he is too frequently compared to)...he’s probably more Mike Bibby which still isn’t bad, and Sexton is probably most similar to Eric Bledsoe.

Mikal and Miles Bridges both intrigue me but they feel like consolation prizes if you end up outside the top 8 (in no order that’s Ayton, Bamba, Bagley, Porter, Jackson, Carter, Trae Young, Doncic). While I don’t like each player as a fit for my team I think those are the 8 most likely to be elite/all star types. That being said, only a few thought Mitchell was going to blow up this year....I was kind of indifferent with no strong feelings either way on him though I preferred Frank Ntilinkina.

I didn’t do **** for research or tape this year because the draft is my favorite time of the year and my heat don’t have a pick. Yeah I’m salty.

7-10 ain’t bad. A solid list of franchise changers in the league rn who were taken in that range or later.

Not sure the rivalry can ever get back to van gundy grabbing zo’s leg, combover flopping around levels. But the league needs that rivalry back so I’m hoping y’all hit on this pick.

    JK **** the knicks.

I can still see the cavs winning the next 4 straight but boy is that one hell of a Celtics team. They are unselfish they play great team defense and they aren’t intimidated by anyone. The team chemistry is off the charts.

Lebrons gonna have to work for it. They can throw a whole lot of bodies at him similar to how golden state goes about it vs bron.

Jason Tatum is going to be filthy.

To be fair, our most famous resident Heat fan was notorious for thinking Tony Brothers was out to get Miami......so if ya didnt give him a hard time, why do it to the "Go BLOW" fan?

Lol...I picked Houston to win this series and the championship. They just won't win a game with this ref. Vegas has the Rockets favored by 1 point tonight. No way in hell I would bet on them this game.

All good fun in this thread anyways, we can bicker and take shots much more eloquently than some of the other forums round here. :knucks:

I will be watching...I was just venting. It would take a MIRACLE to beat GSW + Tony Brothers. He scares me more than any player on GSW.

We both want to punch Draymond Green in the face.....maybe fatten his lip a little

Got to get PJ Tucker off Durant. He's way too small. That should only be for Moute, Ariza, and Capela.

They played a lot more team ball then IMO. Now durant dominates the ball, but just like lebron, thats not a bad thing.. they can win with or without durant.

Meanwhile. Steph Curry has been on the bench and has been like the 4th reason they will win this game.

And the media duped ppl into believing he was the best player in basketball 2 years ago.
