    Perfect analysis of that game...

I said the exact same thing. You can't miss 14 bunnies. Hell, I counted 5 wide open missed layups (3 by Moute, 1 by Gordon, and 1 by Paul). Then, Paul (88% FT in playoffs) missed 3 free throws. Tucker (80% FT in playoffs) missed another 2 free throws. That's your game right there...15 points missed on wide open shots by 4 key players.

Stick to the gameplan of picking on Steph like Harden did, and stop missing easy wide open shots. Should be fine.

    No, the Greek.

But I do like some Aesop Rock. Especially "The Impossible Kid", his production has gotten much better.

    Hot damns!!!

Please make the money work with Marcus smart.

As for the west I think that’s headed for a 4-0 sweep. Way too much iso ball and Kevin Durant can get any shot he wants with that length and that high release.

Rockets better get game 2 cause that much iso ball won’t travel to golden state.

It’s basically Harden and Chris Paul have to fill it up every game. But that’s by design it appears. They aren’t running anything for anyone else.

And nothing in basketball wears on a guy more than the step back.

I really like the idea of Mike B. in Milwaukee. They have some young pieces and he could help Giannis take the next step on offense (range).

That's 3 missed layups in game 1. And 2 missed layups already in the first quarter tonight. If he gets on the court again, we riot.

How pissed would you be if Lebron wins MVP?

I mean that squad is a lottery team without him.

Not pissed at all. I was the guy on here that predicted LeBron would win it before the season began. I said it will be anyone except Harden. I don't care if Harden averaged 50-20-20, they still won't give it to him.

Rockets up by 26 with 5 minutes left. Good job. Glad Dantoni didn't overreact like the rest of the idiot haters and "experts". Stick to the game plan...attack Curry all night and make your damn open shots. Chris Paul has 3 days to rest that leg. Rest up and lets steal game 3.

    So much for getting swept...lol.

I don’t hate Curry per say, but GD this dude has logged 2 bad games out of 2 in the WCF and yet his team will win the title regardless if he plays this way every night.

Meaning of MVP shoukd be rediefined

    According to ESPN...
Rockets - 45 isolation plays in game 1.

Rockets - 46 isolation plays in game 2.

It is absolutely hilarious listening to these so called 'experts' saying the Rockets changed their offensive strategy for the blowout win. They have no idea what they are talking about. They have the 8th best offense in NBA history...why would you change anything, lol?

Actually it is because we all expected the Rockets to win game 2. Splitting the series on the road was a huge win for the Warriors. We all also said that this is the real finals. I guess I don't know what else you wanted? I do find it funny that when they lose you get busy with "life". :D

We expected Rockets to win game 2? Who the hell is 'we'? Lol

The royal 'we'? :D Anyway, sub some I's in there for we's. Although I bet I am not alone.

I was talking the previous series, but anyway...I am just not here that much. No offense, but if the Heat aren't in it, I don't care all that much. :) The Dolphins are much more interesting right now. I still think the Rockets will lose. I still think the Dubs will win. The others never play as well on the road.

I also think (as I always have) that whoever wins the Finals in the West will be the NBA Finals winner. And, hey, enjoy your team either way, as any Heat fan can tell you, the time is gone before you know it. Chris Paul ain't exactly young.

I can't be here everyday either. I'm here to trash talk when I can. Winning or losing doesn't stop me from trash talking..."life" does. If you notice, I didn't talk much during the wins of the Utah series either...I was busy.

A rockets vs celtics finals would be the best. The rockets would be favorites, but it would be a competitive series where either team could win. This needs to happen.

Seriously, Lebron is the the most "valuable" player. Golden State would easily be contenders without Curry. Houston has an elite HOF point guard, COTY, and 6th man of the year. Theres an argument to be made for Anthony Davis, but I still think Lebron is more valuable to his team. That team would be picking top 5 without him, and theyre in the conference finals.

Not the best for viewership/ratings but it’s the best if you can’t stand Lefail.

I could make a case New Orleans would be in the Conference Finals in the crappy east. The best team is missing their two best players and the second best team is too inexperienced to do anything with Boston as of yet. If you’re talking about the single most valuable player to their team, it’s Lebron or Ad but AD does great with less talent around him.

I know its cool to hate on the east. But i think the celtics or the cavs would handle the pelicans rather easily.

The 76ers or raptors would be a different story, but no way the pelicans beat boston or cleveland.

Speaking of 76ers.. Shamegame has been awfully quiet since the elimination.. Looks like the rest of us will have to "carry the thread".

    What happened?

I dont think theyd beat boston or philly (bad matchup for new orleans imo). They took 2 from gsw and thats more then cleveland took last year in the finals

Rockets didn’t dribble the air out of the ball and guys like pj tucker and ariza stepped up the difference.

Steph curry doesn’t look right. Durant is murder.

Much more entertaining game to watch.

Pelicans aren’t beating Boston. I guess I’d rather face Houston in the finals should the c’s get there. Boston’s gonna play some d and “goon it up”

I want no part of Kevin Durant.

No effing way the Pelicans lose a 7 game series to the Celtics. Rather easily? Did you watch more than 2 Pelicans games since March? Who’s guarding AD? Please. Stop with that nonsense.

Youre biased because thats your team. I dont care either way, I just think Boston would win in less than 7. Pointless arguing about it because the pels are already eliminated.

And that was just at halftime. I counted another 6 in the 2nd half. That's 34 points missing because you can't make a layup.

    Sad. Next game.

It doesn't help that Curry is such a stone cold killer though. Guy can't hit anything in the first half. That's cool guys, I'll just finish hitting 11 of 13. Yikes.
