Grant was named AFC special teams player of the week for his electrifying (pun absolutely intended) performance against the Titans.

Grant provided a boost after the second break, with a 102-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

His other return was only 23 yards, but a 62.5-yard average makes him the league leader.

Yup, he played like a stud. Good for him!

Side note, I think we'll see a lot more TD runbacks this season due to the new kickoff rules. Hopefully Grant has several more in the upcoming weeks!

I also think we’ll see more kick off returns for TDS. With all of the rule changes over the years, I was worried when it was suggested the NFL was looking at getting rid of it.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the NFL were to make kicking the ball out of the end zone on kick offs a penalty. They have done dumber things

I think they would get rid of the kick off entirely before they did that. Player safety. They want to see it kicked out of the endzone. They should make it legal to kick it out of the side bounds line.

Grant and R. Jones are the 2 biggest reasons we won that game to be honest.

Minkah's 4th down stuff was big too. I was down on him as a pick a bit, but he was balling hard.

Agreed. A lot of guy’s were big contributors, but that INT and that KR really kept momentum on our side.

He was so darn close to having a pick-6 on top of that as well...he read that play from the start and was a step away from a huge game-changing play. Even though it didn't happen, just the fact that he's reading something like that in his first NFL game speaks volumes of the player he will be for us.

I still feel like he was the top talent in the entire draft- QB's included. We got a steal at #11.

Stills had a big game too. Yeah gotta love Jones, one of my favorite players. Of course I drafted him I'm my fantasy team also so I was double hyped when he was zig jazzing towards that endzone.

The scary thing is any one of his picks could be for 6. Reshad Jones, surprisingly, has some pretty good return instincts as well.

Maybe unsurprisingly, we've been spoiled with Jones.

He tried so darn hard to get to the endzone...I was laughing the entire time. Like Invid said, we do take him for granted because he's so consistent day after day.

Probably. We have been spoiled with him. As many other problems as we've had at LB/secondary over the years, he is the one dude we dont have to worry about. At least they recognize his value and keep extending his contract. Wish he would get more pro bowl nods though given his production, leadership, and value to the team.
