Yeah, his 17/32, for 215, 0td's and a pick has been so instrumental tonight in our 23 points.

Are you even watching this game? Or at least comprehending what you're seeing? Those are Tannehill numbers in this offense. Just like last week, and the week before if Wilson doesn't go off with huge YAC plays.

Yes the defense has been atrocious, but lets not act like Brock is a saviour here. He's the same guy he's always been. Not good. He's just not turning it over as much as he did in houston because he knows this system, and throws the majority of the tim under 7 yards

Does Gesicki realize this is football, not the 200m hurdles? He's going to get himself killed.

Not a fan of brock and i dont think hes even remotely a decent backup qb.. but i dont think any quarterback in our roster would have made a difference in this game. Our defense is pathetic, and i cant wait till the day we get a coach that isnt always playing it safe on defense..

Two things that really annoys me with Osweiler: batted balls and high throws.

I love how he seems to have command of the O, but unfortunately, he is what he is. I like his vision, I just wish he were more accurate because this offense would be really solid.

Yeah, that onside kick was definitely a turning point and deflator for this team apparently. It was a one score game. Now its essentially a blowout. I didn't like it, or understand it at that point.

I think if we got Gase a real QB, built a better OL, kept the WR's we have, we could have a pretty damn good offense. The QB alone will elevate everything.

Problem is the defense. Gase can't pick another nobody to run it. I said this in another thread, I doubt he gets fired this year, but if I'm Ross, I force him to make a change on D, and that change should be hiring an experienced, proven DC. There's talent on that side of the ball, and it's under performing.

Guys, Watson has 5 touchdowns... on 15 completions. He isn't marching up and down the field, they're exploiting Burke's elementary defense for a long touchdown every 3rd throw.

I'm no statistician, but this has to be unprecedented territory. Burke should be gone immediately.

Another week where I'm happy with the offense. Down two wrs and qb and we put up 20+. That should be enough to win games, Burke needs to be fired immediately.

I think osweiller is a poor starter but a good backup. If we had any defense these last two games we Might have won. All you want from a backup is to go 2-2 in a four game span. If the backup has to play more than 4 games the season is over anyway, Nick foles being the exception. I would be fine with him becoming our next Matt moore

If you have no faith in the D, why put them at midfield? It was an apparent turning point here. The wheels fell off from that point on, and they weren't that secure to begin with. The game was slipping away, and he pushed it further down the hill with that call IMO

In today's NFL 23 is the new 13. Offense has has a couple of good plays but we left a lot out there. Brock is garbage. WRs played.

    Crack is whack.

Most touchdown passes through 15 career games:
    1. Kurt Warner, 36
    2. Deshaun Watson, 34 (14 starts)
    3. Dan Marino, 32

Now is the time to fire Burke if you're going to do it though. Long week off before the next game, gives the replacement a bit of extra time.

Not sure who they replace him with, but I just don't see Gase doing that.

He was just hoping to catch them off guard and get another score because he knows this defence can't stop anybody.Since the second half of bears game this has been the case. The lions only punted once and I believe the texans hadn't punted since opening drive.

Careless coaching IMO that early in the game. I get you can't stop them, but that's exactly why you don't do it IMO. If you're making a comeback and having success, then yeah, try and catch em off guard, but if your D is looking like a peewee squad out there, what's the point... it just doesn't make sense IMO.

Trying to get the ball back because your defence is incapable of it.Thats the only explanation.
If that is the case you need to fire D cord.

You such a toxic poster. Everything you say if full of arrogance. You act like you know everything about football and were all stupid man. RELAX Brock isn't the big problem tonight. giving up 42 points on defense is. Brock has not been good and accounts for 10 of those points but man the defense sucks.

You can keep dreaming that this team is going to turn it around (they won't). You can say GASE is a good coach (he is not) You can say anything positive you want (because this team is such an emotional drain it doesn't matter) Until GASE and the Front office is cleaned out this team isn't going to be relative. In fact ill go so far as to say until ROSS is gone this team will not be a winner. He doesn't know or care about putting a winning team on the field. This is an investment to him, not his dream.

Sorry for trying to keep you a bit grounded here. Maybe I’m a bit off base, but You're the one saying Brock is putting up near 30 a game, essentially giving him credit for tonights 23. He did nothing more than the guy he's replacing, but if that was the other QB's statline, we'd be rioting in here. That's some toxic logic on your part man, not me. Again, you're the one crediting the guy for near 30 points a game. I agreee. Defense is killing is. I’m just saying let’s not pretend the qb is doing anything more special than we’ve seen. We scored on a run and a trick play with some fg’S

I agreed with you our D is atrocious. There's no disputing that. I'm just not a fan of people trying to claim Brock isn't an issue here, and he's a good QB to roll with. He's not. He does nothing special. He tries to stretch the field a bit more, and then misses his WR's by 5 yards, or throws the ugliest wobbler you'll see. So he's not THE problem, but he's part of the problem, just like Tannehill.

Yeah, if our D was reasonable tonight, we win with that **** performance from Brock. I'm just saying, we win with that **** performance from any QB. It's nothing special to be giving the guy some sort of credit for. He's not good. Don't take things so personally man. Im just tired of seeing everything try and be made into a QB thing around here since BO started starting. This team isn't really any different with the change under center. Neither guy is good enough. Sorry if that upset you, or if you think I'm being arrogant, I'm not, but I'm also NOT about to make it seem like BO is doing wonderful things and isn't a problem here. Yes, our defense is bad and lost us three games, but its not like we wouldnt have likely won those anyways. Neither QB really does anything different. BO is better in the pocket, but cant throw past 10 yards. Tannehill isn't great in the pocket, can make any thing, but it's likely late. I mean, it's just not worth pointing out QB play, when talking about how bad the D is.

No big deal man, I'm with you, the defense blows lately. :hi5:

And let this sink in folks.. it felt bad watching the last three weeks and tonight but didn’t realize it was this bad. Over 600 yards rushing against the last three games.... but tonight alone...

The qb you faced threw 5 TD passes on 16 completions and 20 attempts for only 240 yards.

And we gave up another 188 on the ground

For the third week in a row ugly numbers like that.

That’s some fireable offence kind of stuff right there. Somebody needs to be held accountable.
