Gase sounds like he is unsure if he has a job tomorrow in the press conference.

 

I just heard it on the radio and didn't get a chance to see his body language, but it sort of sounded to me like he wasn't sure he wanted the job. Either way, not sure if we will see him back.

 

His body language was mopey, he mumbled through his words, they asked him what are the offseason plans and he basically i i i dont know i guess ill get the group together and work on the offseason plan.

 

Gase should be ready to go to Ross and show him what the plan is for fixing the team in 2019. The fact Gase has no plan in place is ridiculous. Any new coach will come in with a plan on how they want to mold the team and what to do at QB, etc.

Or was Gase SO BUSY putting a game plan in place for the Vikings/Jags/Bills that he didn't have time to plan anything?

 

Gase has trouble figuring out what is wrong with our team like Tannehill has trouble reading defenses. They both need time. Sometimes it's time they don't have. :-)

I believe your right..he’s really a one read type a guy..he doesn’t see the field well enough to go beyond that, not quick enough upstairs to multitask.
