I would bet that discussion of Wolf coming back would be a non starter....the temprature in the skybox would drop 20 degrees in .0003 seconds.... Allen is toasted, ehh, such is NFL life, short step to fall from hero to goat..
More like buzzards circiling. It's pretty empty but they're trying to hide it with a lot of PA noise.
We do not have two players in our secondary that can match up with "Whose your momma" and "Ocho Cinco". We might not have a corner that can cover Chris Henry. We are forced to play zone coverage for that fact. There is NOTHING a DC can do with a lack of talent. NOTHING
Ginn has 380yds rec and 2 tds Ginn has 224yds on punt rets including 87yd TD. Ginn has 1354yds on Kick Offs. All together 1958yds and 3 tds.
Remember when a well know member of the forums wrote a lenghty post about Ronnie's "lack of vision"??? I think he meant to say Ginn.
way to take the sack lemon.....great mobility on that one and theres the punt and our chance at winning
The commentary in this game is awesome! Sacks are good, they make you punt.... Good god, announcing for dummies in action today
I've been watching it the entire game. I knew from the articles in the paper that we had lost more in the secondary to injury. We are very limited in what we can do back there. Did you see the quick snap to go to Henry deep? They went back to the line cause they saw our single safety. That was a change from cover 2. They were going after our weakness.
When Hank Stram's Chiefs defeated the Vikings in the SB, he had them so confused that Stram commented that "It looks like a Chinese Fire Drill". Meaning the Vikes players were milling around and had no idea what to do, that sounds very much like our Def Secondary today....clueless....
We have basically been in a cover 2 for the entire game. We've changed the fronts to get some pressure (although not that much on this series). But to answer your question, the safeties appear to be playing 25 yards deep.
