When Dolphins linebacker Raekwon McMillan told The Miami Herald that a member of Bill Vinovich's officiating crew instructed him to "stay off Tom" after a legal hit, many thought that the officials were going the extra mile just to protect the Patriots quarterback. Apparently Tom Brady was criticizing the refs for giving too many penalties in other games. https://deadspin.com/tom-bradys-take-on-roughing-the-passer-sure-does-change-1838268877 So Brady gets brushed up against and its a penalty while many other QBs get slammed and there is no yellow. Horrible
Part of the reason for so many flags was Edeman- twice he turned to a ref, protested and then a yellow flag appeared against our defense. They do football a little differently in Boston...
And yet many refuse to see it. It takes a LOT more than talent and coaching to have a sustained run in the NFL.
Fastforward to 2:00 “we will work together”... yep, all you refs always work with the Patriots. Theres several mic’d up videos of the Patriots and the refs interactions with the Patriots before, during and after the game are night and day different. Sad to say but the Patriots are truly Americas team. All of middle america, they root for these scumbags. Theres even jets, bills and dolphins fans that root for them saying stupid **** like “i want the trophy to stay in the division” what the hell does that even mean? too many frontrunners, and those frontrunners influence the way the Patriots run their organization. They know they can get away with it. That’s why they get the most late flags in their favor.
The league needs to look into this ASAP. I mean, what the Hell is that ref thinking calling Brady by his first name and not "Mr. Brady"? Separately, what His Eminence was tweeting about during the Jags-Titans game was all the holding calls on the OL as they tried to slow down the Jags pass rush. We know Brady isn't going to tolerate the refs interfering with his OL holding defenders...
Like Coach like QB like football squad. Course, I'd still trade places with those Pattycake *****es, minus the cheating.
That's pretty sad... Even if it was the ref trying to make a statement to say "hey... this game is out of hand, so lay off the QB" My answer to that is... **** that. If they're going to challenge us to "stop them" by keeping their QB1 in the game when it's already over, that's not my problem if we hit his pansy ***. Because... guess what... we're trying to stop them. The NFL will be a better place when that crybaby retires and the cheating coaching staff goes with them and Kraft ends up in jail (hopefully, but unlikely at this point)
Lol the Patriots made it public that Brady has been very limited in practice the last 4 weeks because of his “age”.. thats just them signaling the refs please protect my senior citizen qb.. **** that, blitz all day
