I would like Dricoll, Lemieux/Kindley and Biadasz to put others anchor on our OL, and Joshua Kelley or Deejay dallas (I dream of another Ricky upload_2020-4-25_13-29-34.gif upload_2020-4-25_13-29-34.gif upload_2020-4-25_13-29-34.gif ).
And KJ Osborn or Bandy to have a Hurricanes in the roster

I doubt 9 day three guys get drafted and seriously doubt 9 day three guys make the team...but it is possible I guess.....there are some seriously talented guys available and this is where guys earn their money....I will break down three categories IMHO only....Good fits available, good players available and dice rolls that you might make when you have 9 picks on day 3.....

    Glove in hand fits:
James Lynch, Prince Tego Wanogho, Ben Bredson, Charlie Heck .....and I would not be surprised to see them take a kicker like Rodrigo Blankenship and/or a punter like Townsend, Charlton or Turk late. Turk in particular brings some personality and can kick the air out of the ball.

Some really good players that I personally see as talented (some significantly talented) and likely to be under-drafted based on what I read:
John Hightower, John Simpson, Jacob Eason, Gabriel Davis, DeeJay Dallas, Javaris Davis, Shane Lemieux, James Morgan, James Lynch, Nick Coe, Derrick Tzuska, Curtis Weaver, Evan Weaver, Mike Warren, Chris Miller, Joe Reed, KJ Osborn, Reggie Robinson, Scott Frantz, Albert O, Jonathan Garvin, Alex Highsmith, Kenny Willikes.

At this point upside and dice rolls for one reason or an other and there are some guys that have flashed talent either in a bowl game, what limited pro days there were or that are projections but are draft able with high upside and some will be PFA's......Ben Bartch, Malcom Perry, two small school receivers that blaze and were productive Mason Kinsey and Matt Cole, Jeff Thomas from Miami is a character concern, Brian Herrien from Georgia was hurt a lot and overshadowed but is a solid player that never saw the field, Jordan Cronkite never found a home but was impressive at UF and can blaze, Pete Guerrero is a small school productive blazing play speed RB, Blake Barnett and Broc Rutter are a couple dice roll QB's, Alex Taylor is a massive developmental tackle with the wingspan of a condor, Parker Braun is a UT grad transfer from Georgia Tech that is flat out nasty and can move people but never "settled", Kohl Levao is a huge man that can move from Hawaii that has been injured, Niko Lalos from Dartmouth took over an all star game, Chauncey Haney from North Greenville has some attention as edge rusher, Bryce Sterk is a twitchy edge guy with some size from Montana State, Jordan Fehr from App State was the "2nd LB" there but is one of the hardest hitters in the draft and his downside is a core ST player for 6 years, Elijah Riley from Army is talented, Luq Barqoo has high desire, put out his own video and has tools, Teair Tart, Amik Robertsoin who happens to be 5-8, Darius Williams from St Pete HS that ended up blossoming at Carson Newman.......lots of fliers to be taken that likely fail but have some high upside for low round or PFA risk.....

I am not sure what people are seeing to downgrade Lemieux? Driscoll is easily overpowered and I could see him not getting drafted, Biadasz is light and has limited body to get bigger so his upside stepping up is not great.....Kinley could make a run at a roster, Love DeeJay Dallas.....he is the guy you want other than Cam Akers to step up into a hole and smack someone in the mouth when they come up the gut at Tua.......actually would be a really good fit with his hands and blocking as a third down back while he develops some more instincts in the run game....good call on DeeJAy......

If I was absolutely forced to pick a name and not let the draft come to me then I would want from my list above...my 9 picks left would be:
John Hightower first and foremost...James Lynch, Reggie Robinson, John Simpson, Mason Kinsey, DeeJay Dallas, Jordan Fehr, Alex Taylor, and Michael Turk.

I would like to see us trade up to the top of round 4. It probably won't happen because it's likely a coveted position to be in right now as Eason and Fromm are still available.

I would be cool with Simpson and Dallas. Lynch might be one of those high-effort guys that makes it hard for a team to cut.

Lynch's tape is great, but he focuses on power but shows some moves and position versatility....a lot of people will knock him down because of his 40 time but his 20 shuttle was 6th best and he shows somewhat "twitchy" despite being a power guy...I am a big Lynch fan and think he is the one guy that will far outperform his draft slot...he is odd fit big DE or light DT but he has a role IMHO and will outperform his body, his 40 and his draft slot.

Lynch could slide down to 5 or 6...

Simpson and Hunt on the right side and you have a couple of nasty twin road graters....they even look alike.

I look at players available more than this morning ( I don't sleep last night to watch the draft here in France) and I would like :

RB : Eno Benjamin, Deejay Dallas, Leake or Dowdle
WR : Lipscomb, Benjamin Victor and KJ Osborn ( think this guy found always a way to produce)
OL : Driscoll, Kindle, and in priority Lemieux ( I think we will slide Dieter at back up center this year)
    DL : Benito Jones, Gaziano
LB : I want Toohill because I think with coaching he could become very good to put pressure on QB
CB : Kindle Vildor to compete with our end of roster guys
S : I would not pick one but I read our FO like Sneed so I would go with him, but Moffat seems interesting in 7 or UDFA

If I would really choose 3 : Lemieux, Toohill and Eno Benjamin/Deejay dallas

I will stick by my 9 but I think some picks are bundled to trade up or out to defer to next year, but if I had to take a real flyer with no speed numbers and based purely on tape I am positive that I would take a 7th round flyer on Elijah Riley from Army...kid can play and plays fast...would have been great to know his 40 time......

Me myself? I'd like DT/NT Leki Fotu from Utah, S Marc-Antoine Dequoy from Montreal, TE Thaddeus Moss out of LSU, OLB Willie Gay, Jr. out of Mississipi, and RB Antonio Gibson out of Memphis.

For a homer pick, I would be ecstatic if we drafted TE Harrison Bryant out of FAU. But as good as he is, I'm not sure the FO would be looking his direction since we already have Gesicki.

At this point in the draft everyone has warts and you can debate everyone.....but Albert O is rrrrreeeeallly intriguing athletically.....and of this group The Prince is likely the guy that has the most upside as you can coach away his bad hands and coach more knee bend but he has all the tools to be high end.....good list bro!

Willie gay went at 63. TE is probably not a huge priority as Gailey has always like to utilize 4 WR sets or have a TE on the hash or in the slot, so I would be more worried now if I were Durham Smythe, but Albert O's AA is big time, but he is a Missouri TE and we know how those things turn out typically.......

I like all of the O linemen you listed and will add IOL Netane Muti (Fresno State) for good measure.

Would love to see us fix this Oline in one draft!

If you really appreciate TE play there is a kid at Texas A/M named Jalen Wydermyer that is just a true sophomore that I would take in R1 today. If you remember the Scene from Blind side when Oher character locked on drove the kid out of the stadium...that is how this kid blocks....he has the largest mitts I have ever seen on a human and is an absolute highlight reel running with the ball and has unreal hands. This will be the new standard for tE play....

I'd burn a 4th on Muti, just for the chance he stays healthy..........

Also, I'd love to get Gabriel Davis and Tyler Johnson on the squad as well.

Albert O was one of my big wants coming into the draft. The kid has sky high potential, has the highest cieling of any tight end in the draft, good size and strength, great reach and wing span, good body control, is good at boxing out defenders, and has wow speed for his size. We need a tight end like that in Miami.

My only worry is that he and Gesicki are too similar. While I do really like Albert, I wanted a more well rounder player who was a good blocker to pair with who we already have.

Albert is a better blocker and more well rounded than Gesicki. He is also better built than Gesicki and has room to grow as a blocker. Albert is a true tight end, Gesicki is just a tall reciever playing the tight end position.
