Does this hurt the Chiefs chances to sin Superbowls over that 12 year period due the cap he's going to be eating up?

It probably will to some degree, but I doubt they structured it in a way that will completely prevent them from fielding strong teams.

I know I'm looking at this simply but Chiefs fans should be a bit pissed. In order to pay for Mahomes' new contract, ticket prices will have to increase $96 per ticket, per home game for the next 10 years to pay for his new contract.

Just remember; like corporations and taxes, "teams" don't pay players' salaries...the fans do!
