I'm leaving Dalton on your roster because I need to input 25 players per team... you can release him once the rosters are entered.
I've updated the rosters. @SICK will need to make 6 cuts, @UCFinfan86 will need to make 7 cuts (assuming he keeps the final pick in the 2020 draft), @TaylorGators needs to make 4 cuts, @Boik14 needs to make 1 cut, and @B4him13 needs to make 5 cuts. Assuming everyone makes their cuts within the next day or two, I'll enter the rosters on Yahoo on Wednesday or Thursday.
Thank you! Once they're entered, will we be able to add players from the free agent pool if we choose?
Yeah, once they're entered I'll post here and people should have 24 hours to start using their FAAB money to acquire players on waivers. I think waivers will process a day after I enter the rosters.
Zeke and Destroy cuts: Jerrick McKinnon DeSean Hamilton Andy Isabella Zach Pascal Trey Burton Sometimes......you just get out recruited boys! Good Luck!
Great draft guys! Excited to see how this year works out. Any thoughts or discussion around the COVID concerns / thoughts to roster size talked about earlier in this thread @GridIronKing34 ?

I'm open to whatever... so if anyone has a particular opinion about it, I'll listen. I missed the original conversation however.
I think that for now, we should just monitor what the NFL is doing closely, and see what goes on with the players over the next three weeks or so. We're still about eight weeks from the regular season, so there's a lot of time between now and then, and I'm betting a whole lot goes down.
So far the proposal is to have a covid ir of 3 weeks and then either move players back to roster or long term ir. I think the big ? Is how do we handle players that don’t play this year. Do we have a special exemption spot or two tracked like future draft trades? I’m game for waiting until closer just wasn’t sure if thoughts of adding a spot needed to be had as rosters loaded.
For now, the deadline for players to opt out for the season is August 1. If that holds, why don't we revisit it then? If some of us have players who have chosen not to play, it would be unfair to those owners to require them to hold a roster spot for the whole year. My suggestion would be to treat those players like a future draft pick, removing them from the league for the year and then adding them back in for 2021. For now though, we don't know if any players will take that route.
I think the main issue is the limitation that most draft sites (including Yahoo) have with their IR slots. Simply adding more IR slots would be an easy fix because I assume if one contracts Covid-19, they would be listed as OUT therefore eligible to be placed on IR. However that would mean you would have to pay close attention to your IR slots so you don't end up with an illegal line-up (i.e., you leave someone on IR who isn't listed as OUT after three weeks). The other option is just to add additional roster spots with the caveat that it would go back to rosters of 25 in 2021.
So I'll enter the rosters in early August, hopefully by then we will have a clear idea of how the NFL season will look this year. Then we can finalize any additional roster spots or IR spots for 2020. As of right now, what I'm leaning towards is an extra roster spot and an extra IR spot (26 roster slots, 4 IR slots). If more players opt out for the 2020 season than I anticipate, we can adjust accordingly. This is only for 2020, we'll go back to normal for 2021 assuming Covid-19 has run its course.
If we do an extra roster slot are we doing it by FAAB bidding or reverse order of finish? I’m ok with whichever
If the kid she’s about to pop out comes out with head trauma we know why! Hope you enjoy pregnant women!
I think we're good to go in terms of rosters. I'll enter the rosters next weekend. If you guys want to proofread the original post to make sure I didn't miss any future trades, that'd be helpful.
damn my RBs are thrash i guess some may be an injury away from contributing. Most are 2019 2nd stringers to 3rd in 2020.
A massive haul for the #Jets: Star safety Jamal Adams goes to the #Seahawks along with a 4th rounder in 2022... and it’s a 1st rounder, a 3rd and ANOTHER 1st in 2022 to NYJ — and safety Bradley McDougald Bring on even more garbage time points for Darnold lol
That’s crazy, considering they’re gonna have to pay him too. But I guess if you plan on making the Playoffs and drafting in the mid to late 20’s, then a pair of those is probably fair value for a top 6 pick who’s a 1st Team All Pro.
I think that the Seahawks were the team in the absolute best position to trade for him. Who knows whats going to happen in 2020. If there's a season, its going to be a really weird one. The college season could be reduced, or cancelled, leading to a weird draft next April, with a lot more uncertainty than usual. So, trading away a low first rounder is probably less difficult than usual. And on the other side of it, a lot of the other NFC contenders' windows are closing soon. The Eagles, Flacons and Saints are going to have to basically tear down their teams next offseason to get under the cap. And the 49ers and Vikings are going to lose a lot of players via free agency that they don't have the room to resign. While the Cowboys and Packers will have to hold pat with what they've got, other than the draft. Meanwhile, Seattle has a bunch of cap room already, and freedom to create more if they see fit, so they are primed to swoop in and really improve their team while the rest of the conference really can't.
Well didn't take long before the first major outbreak in sports thanks to the Miami Marlins(14 confirmed cases in a week). Going to be interesting to see how this is handled, as it may determine how the NFL treats cases like this as well.
