I caught a news story where Chad Ochocinco volunteered his services to the Dolphins since we were short staffed. I thought that was pretty funny- he just had to get one more news clip. =)
Chester Rodgers sounds like some 1930's music hall comedian... "Where's my washboard? Have you seen it? Have you seen it missus..? How queer....etc etc "
Two fine additions, though I don't expect either to make the final roster. Louis is familiar with the team, but he's going to be competing for the L&R WR positions, where DeVante Parker, Preston Williams, and Isaiah Ford are shoe-ins. That leaves him on the bubble with the likes of Gary Jennings, Kirk Merritt, and Mack Hollins. Rogers is the more interesting pick-up. In 22 starts over 4 years with the Colts, he racked up 1,221 receiving yards (305 per year), but he was really coming on in 2018 with 53 receptions/485 yards on just 10 starts. If it weren't for a season-ending knee injury last season, he might have raised some eyebrows in Indy, but he became expendable with Parris Campbell waiting in the wings. That said, Rogers has some stiff competition in the slot. I could see him breaking through, especially as a cheaper alternative to Jakeem Grant, but between Grant, Malcolm Perry, and Matt Cole (not to mention Isaiah Ford's experience in the slot), Rogers certainly faces an uphill battle. He needs to come back stronger from that knee injury to have a chance.
