That one-handed catch was absolutely insane....it has to be the catch of the year so far in the NFL!

That one handed grab he made was sick. Ball was high and behind as he was moving across, and he just snagged it. Very impressive.

This one yesterday might be a little more impressive:

I don't think that was as impressive as Gesicki's, jmo. I think easier to do Cooper's, given that his body is going the same direction as the ball. Gesicki's had to reach behind away from his body's momentum, and he just grabbed it.

So far Gesicki has been a pleasant surprise and what a break out game. Really need him to develop on top of Baker and the pick from Pittsburgh for that draft to not be considered a complete miss.

I also don't agree. That is a great catch by Cooper but not nearly as difficult

Pardon me while I climb on my high horse...

I hate it when I see 'resign' instead of 're-sign'. In this context they're almost opposites.

I know everyone knows what is meant when it's written that way, but it's just the wrong word.

    Ewe no watt eye mean?

    /rant over.

    Thanks for listening.
    I'll climb back down now.

Great, great catch....but he was reaching forward for that catch where Gisecki was running in the opposite direction of the ball's placement. Both were tough ones to haul in but I think Gisecki wins on difficulty level- his timing had to be absolutely perfect to even have a chance on that ball.

As a writer, I screamed a little inside when I saw your Twitter posts in another thread....you had four in a row in one post, and three of the four had obvious typos in them. Ten years ago, beat writers were fired on the spot for that kind of blunder since it made their organizations look incompetent. But now in the social media world? I guess spelling and grammar are optional.

Well not that I feel like defending beat writers but trying to get an idea across is sometimes quite difficult in the 140 character limit of Twitter. It forces you to leave out punctuation and come up with strange abbreviations to fit it all in.

If Tua is inserted Gesicki needs to be his go-to guy. Young QBs can be aided aplenty by quality tight ends.

92% of his reps have come from the Slot and Flex

He is not a tight end in any sense of the word.

Very Big receiver with hi level hands.

I think what Cooper did overall getting back into position to have a play on the ball was better.

That said, if we are just talking about the physical act of the catch itself I agree with your analysis.

To be fair, Twitter doesnt allow you to edit and when you are trying to be the first to post something using a touchscreen phone a lot of mistakes happen. Especially if you have big fingers.

I get that, but when it's your job to write a sentence...you should write a decent sentence.

I dont disagree, but with the number of people that are tweeting and the inability to edit I just expect typos.

LOL, never! Never expect less than perfection in any career! If you're not doing your job to the best of your abilities (as in, taking three seconds to re-read your sentence and clean it up), then you don't deserve to have a job. Far too many journalists would kill for that job reporting on professional sports teams.
