    From PFT:
Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa landed on the team’s injury report on Wednesday, but it doesn’t appear to be an issue that will jeopardize his availability for Sunday’s game against the Patriots.

Tagovailoa landed on the report with an ankle injury, but he was a full participant in practice. Unless that changes, he should be making his first start against New England.

Tight end Mike Gesicki (shoulder) did not practice, but the Dolphins did have a pair of wide receivers who left last Sunday’s game on the field. DeVante Parker and Jakeem Grant were both listed as limited participants due to hamstring injuries. Left guard Ereck Flowers (ankle) joined them in that category.

Linebackers Elandon Roberts (chest) and Kyle Van Noy (hip) were also listed as limited. Both players joined Flowers on the inactive list for last Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs.

Question- was Grant removed late-game against KC due to injury or was he benched? I couldn't tell for sure.

Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki suffered a shoulder injury in last Sunday’s contest versus Kansas City and it’s unclear whether he’ll be available for this week’s game against the Patriots.

Gesicki did not practice on Wednesday and head coach Brian Flores didn’t elaborate much on the tight end’s status on Thursday.

“He’s working really hard. Tough injury last week. He’s getting treatment and doing his rehab. We’ll see where it goes,” Flores said, via Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Gesicki is second on the Dolphins in yards receiving this year with 602, behind on DaVante Parker’s 677. He’s caught 14 passes for 153 yards with three touchdowns over the last two weeks.

"Getting treatment and doing rehab" is huge- that means we're not looking at immediate surgery and an extended absence. Really hoping that he's not seriously hurt.

If you look at the end of the KC interception it appears Grant hurt himself.

It's interesting that Gesicki didn't land on IR. I guess at this point of the season, they might as well see how he progresses over the next couple of weeks. IMO, there's a difference between being injured and hurt (you can play if you're hurt) and at this point of every season, every team has plenty of hurt players. The training staff and players have to figure out where the fine line is if a player can safely suit up.

He was catching balls in practice. Would like to have him for this week but getting some of the other guys back would be huge. Were limping into this game and the Pats will be ready with all the time off. Let's hope we make Cam into what he's been recently and not what we saw in the 1st meeting.

It's HUGE that we might have all our receivers this week (well, not counting Williams). That seems like a small miracle in itself, but I also have a suspicion that some players might have said, "Nope, I'm hurt...not injured. The team needs me and I'm ready to go." That's what winners do in big games.
