I think they should have a hybrid- players that need to be in the building (Tua, rookies, players not in peak shape, etc.) should show up to work for the physical stuff, then do everything else from home. It's basically what the rest of the world did.
Make it voluntary. If you want to show up in the building and get in person assistance great. If not stay at home. But don't make it mandatory that teams CANNOT have people in the building or that they HAVE TO have everything on line. It should be up to the team what they want to do.
