I really like this pick! Good get. Let’s blow people off the line of scrimmage and keep Tua clean.

I think this was our best pick of the draft. Plug-and-play - I have absolutely no worries about this pick panning out.

I agree this is a great pickup IMHO a BIG NASTY Lineman. The thing with him is he's a better run blocker than a passing Blocker. So maybe we need to get a running back STAT to complement him and the Receivers. I have a feeling were going to grab one off the wavier wire after the draft.

I don't agree. Were now in the talent vs reach categories. He was a SOLID stud played hurt ALWAYS, ROAD GRADER, and NASTY we need more of this on the Oline. Were going to have a GOOD NASTY line in a year or two.

Starting on a bad team does not make a successful pick. If he starts and performs above average then yes, it will make him worth it.

I’m not intending to take a jab at you hit, but it seems to me you’ve been a Debbie downer about EVERY pick we’ve made. I don’t believe I’ve read a single positive thing from you about any of our draft picks.

This was a solid pick- big, mean lineman who plays aggressive. Completely fits our mold and should start day-one.

This pick was awesome. See a day 1 starter and future OL anchor. It also makes me feel loads better about taking a WR at #6 with Sewell still on the board (based on value alone).

I’m nervous about our OL going into next season and I’m excited to see us add an offensive skill weapon, a defensive edge rusher, AND still shore up the OL.

I think this guy could pan out to be a really nice stable part of the OL for years. Bit of work to do with him, but he seems to have a good foundation to build upon. Never gave up a sack either? Can't complain about that even if ND doesn't always play the toughest competition. Trading up kind of hurts, but it looked like we may have had no choice if he was certainly the guy they were targeting.

Jackson, Kindley, Hunt, Eichenberg, Fluker, Davis, Skura... We've got some good pieces there that should give us a stable OL and allow Tua time to make use of Parker, Fuller, Waddle, Gesicki, Long and others.

Said it in another thread & will repeat here, to me the bulk of this offseason was in helping the offense and Tua in particular. New weapons at WR/TE, new tools on the OL. Would have liked to see another addition at RB, but it is what it is now.
