I don't like the "Tweet-wall" since it takes awhile to load for me, but then I read all the Tweets anyway and enjoy the information. It definitely does not feel like you're dominating the threads- especially in a slower news cycle like we've been in the past few months. I've kind of felt the same thing- I've made up numerous topics and polls just to get conversations started. But as long as everyone keeps talking, we all win as a community. So keep posting!
@Galant - I appreciate all the stuff you post. It takes time and effort. Great information. Keep it up/ The only thing I would say is some of the tweets say exactly the same thing but from different people. I don't know how it all works in pulling these tweets together. I think Twitter is the devil and is ruing the fabric of society so I don't participate. So there's that.
Thanks! I try to avoid duplicates - and often do so. If there are some that are the same it may be because one offers a slightly different take, or additional information, or if multiple people seem to be emphatic about a point I'll include the repetition to show that more than one person is saying the same thing (because sometimes they'll contradict one another). I do try to avoid repetition, although sometimes I might fail!
I think it's cool if it's a similar tweet from a different reporter because they often link to different sites where one person's account is different from another. And there are some hacks that I prefer not to give my clicks to.
