Fire everyone bone heads calls / timeouts / defense / etc anytime any team is down they play Miami and we make them look good. We should be 0-5 this team is worse than when Flores took over.. IM done we have no 1st pick fire sale right now start the rookie QB maybe we can see what he can do and trade him and others we passed QB’s two years in a row and now we are looking for a leader once again!

don’t try and say this was one game etc there is no way to spin this team as anything than a complete failure at EVERY level.

Coaches are horrible! I still believe we have hella talent but the scheme is so bad we can’t coach ourselves to beat a team that has lost 20 games in a row!!! Pathetic

In fact let them stay as the London team starting today. I would welcome a new expansion team in their place!

This team plays like an expansion team already, so where's the harm?

at least we would have some hope this team has no feeling. I like Flores as a man but I’m considered now that without a full sweep we can not rebuild this team no OC / DC will come and we need a proven winner no more let’s coach em up guys who haven’t been able to coach up anyone!! We need to fire them now and start the process for next year

All the people in the press who said this team was imploding were 100% right.

Where is this talent you speak of? We just lost to a team who had lost 21 games in a row. Keep in mind we’ve had 9 picks in the top 60 over the last 2 years.

    Iggy- complete bust
    Jackson- serviceable backup
Tua- ok when healthy but he’s never healthy
    Kwon- good
    Hunt- below average
Waddle- traded 2 high picks for a guy averaging 9 YPR
Phillips- may end up being good but at this point Rousseau is better
Holland- maybe he develops but at this point, he’s a starter on a bad defense
Liam- looks like he could be good

2016 draft- an overpaid, often injured CB. D+ draft
    2017 draft- complete bust
2018 draft- a decent TE and middle tier LB is a bust
    2019- maybe a D+ draft

Just wait till some of that talent goes to other teams and gets coached up and becomes great players happens to us 24 seven I agree on some of those pics being a complete bust and them thinking they’re smarter than they are I’m not saying we should be Super Bowl contenders but we shouldn’t be one and five you have to have coaches I can teach some basic fundamentals which we seem to even be missing..

I just want Ross to sell the team.

    It all starts with him

    Worst owner ever

Well... were I to be an optimist - I might be able to somewhere within my cranium imagine that we are trying for a very early draft pick.....
BUT - with a good look at the recent draft picks????????????
I am beginning to feel that the best course from here would be for the owner to begin the process of renewing the management of the Dolphins with someone who knows football since it is obvious that no one in the present leadership has a clue!
But that also depends upon how much this owner knows or cares about football.

The only way that happens is if someone combs through his online posts, interviews, etc. and finds something he said that's offensive to today's generation (like what just happened to Gruden). Otherwise, he has no reason to sell and can't be forced to sell.

We don't have our draft pick this coming offseason. We traded up to get Waddle. After trading down.

Ross/Grier romance set this franchise back another decade at least. Even if Grier gets fired, I have no confidence in Ross' ability to doing "hiring." Seems pretty incompetent when it comes to football to me.

We all have the right to be upset and to complain right now. As fans of this team we don't always agree on things, players, ideas, draft picks, etc, but right now...Collectively....We are suffering as an entire family in unison. I can't believe we took the L today. Can't believe it!

Ross has even thought about that scenario. Bruce Beal Jr., President of Related Companies, has first right to buy the Dolphins if Ross dies. That was done so that the Dolphins would be "kept within the family".

Again, don't get your hopes up about improved management at the very top (i.e., Ross). The only realistic way out of this is for Ross to get lucky. Given how hard it is to predict how good a coach or GM will actually be, that's our greatest asset: luck. He's 0 for 4 right now.. but someday this HAS to end by chance alone!!

You need to rethink that we don’t even have a first round draft pick this year out give that away last year So sinking doesn’t even help us it would only help somebody else

Nah man, he's not. The Ford family has been an atrocity here in Detroit. It's like if Ross was cheaper, alienated your best players, made even dumber moves that he then stood by even longer and then kept passing his team down the family line as they all start dying off.

Plenty more as well. McNair, Snyder, Khan, Davis, Halas/McCaskey. Then you have crap owners who look to be getting lucky after lots of futility like the Bidwell's in Arizona and the actual convicted criminal fraudster in Cleveland.

I get the "it goes to the top" ideology, and it's not really wrong per se, but it's also the most irrelevant. He's not leaving, it can be way worse, and it can change quickly if you luck into the right people.
