    Oddsshark Preview:
    "Atlanta News & Notes
The Falcons are coming out of their bye week with plenty of optimism after winning two of their previous three games, most recently a 27-20 win over the Jets in England. Quarterback Matt Ryan has thrown eight touchdowns without an interception in those three games, showing signs of getting comfortable in the offensive scheme of new head coach Arthur Smith.

The week off may have also bought time for the Falcons to get two of their top offensive weapons back into the lineup. Leading receiver Calvin Ridley returned to practice Monday after missing the game against New York due to personal reasons, while fellow wideout Russell Gage might be able to return from an ankle injury that has forced him to miss the team’s last three games.

Anyone who owns Kyle Pitts in fantasy might not want to see Ridley and Gage return to the lineup. The prized rookie tight end recorded his first career 100-yard game in their absence against the Jets, finishing with nine catches for 119 yards and his first pro touchdown.

    Miami News & Notes
The Dolphins are reeling right now, getting outscored by nearly 16 points per game during a five-game losing streak. To make matters worse, they don’t have as much time to fix things as they normally might after having to fly back from London, where they were beaten last week by a Jaguars team that had lost its previous 20 games.

Miami blew an early 13-3 advantage in that contest, marking the second time this season the Fish have seen a double-digit lead turn into a loss. Jacksonville took advantage of Miami’s banged-up secondary, gaining 312 of its 396 total yards through the air, and Atlanta might be able to do the same if cornerbacks Byron Jones and Xavien Howard aren’t able to return from injury this week.

On the bright side for Miami, sophomore quarterback Tua Tagovailoa enjoyed his best game of the young season against the Jaguars, completing 33 of 47 passes for 329 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

“I think we’re very close as a team to getting where we want to be,” Tagovailoa told the Associated Press after returning from a rib injury that sidelined him in Week 2.

    How Atlanta Will Cover
The Falcons have had two weeks to prepare for this game and get more familiar with their new offense, while Miami doesn’t have much time to lick its wounds coming off an ugly loss in London. That disparity in these teams’ recent schedules could easily lead to an Atlanta blowout.

    How Miami Will Cover
Not much has gone right this year for the Dolphins, but it’s easy to forget that they were nearly a playoff team last year. If Miami can find a way to finally play up to its potential, the Fish are more than capable of pulling off the upset and improving to 10-3 ATS in their last 13 at home.

    Computer Pick: Miami +2.5"

How the team plays -how much fight they have will tell us A LOT about whether they are responding to Flores or not. If they are just going through the motions, then Ross needs to look at cleaning house. At the very least, fire Grier and let the new GM decide if he wants a new coach or not.

Thats one of our first offensive playcalls? really? Fake the RPO pass, fake the handoff, then throw it to the RB you just faked the handoff to? Wonder why that play went nowhere...

Back to back beautiful throws by Tua. Williams did nothing to catch the first one.

That was a great offensive drive for us. Tua was sharp on that drive too. Looked really good there. Ford with the TD catch.

And nobody is here to see it

AVG not making a play again. Can’t believe Grier thought he was the answer to replacing Van Noy and Lawson

Those non calls on this drive. Nice carry over from the refs last week. We will get called for PI this drive. The play calling after the first down run was terrible. Run twice more for ****s sake.
