So, tomorrow Tua is a playoff quarterback and Herbert is not.

    Fascinating.

Kamara having a huge game is the only way the saints win tomorrow right? Their defense is no joke though, we will need to play turnover free football.

The fact we’ve won 6 in a row is irrelevant to winning the next 3. Based on 50-50 each game that’s a 1 in 8 chance.

Honestly Kamara should be Flores’ focus… im not scared of Ian Book… id blitz all game..

But yes their defense is scary good..

So when tua plays bad, it's because the o-line sucks and we have no running game or great receivers and if the team wins tomorrow, it's because of tua. Also, Trent Dilfer is a Super Bowl winning QB and Dan Marino is not

    Fascinating

Why do you try so hard to tear down a good kid? I mean damn.........look how defensive you just got over a post mentioning Tua could be a playoff QB. For the life of me I can't understand how any true Dolphins fan would get upset over that idea.

Hmmm.... So none of what I posted is true? I'm not sure how you know if he's a good kid or not. I didnt realize you knew him personally. Let's say that he is a good kid. Does that mean he can't be criticized if he plays bad? I've never seen an average player put up on a pedestal like tua. It's like a cult

    All he said was this:

"So, tomorrow Tua is a playoff quarterback and Herbert is not."

And you went on the warpath as if someone insulted your grandmother.

You GUYS are the cult if there is one. You're all ****ing ridiculous.

The dolphins winning these next three would basically be a super bowl run in it self lol. They’re effectively still alive and in charge now so that’s interesting but im not getting my hopes up. Thats three pretty tough games.

Right. If the team wins tomorrow and moves up in the playoff seeds, Tua is a playoff QB, not the dolphins. When tua plays like garbage, it's the team, not tua. If you can't admit or see that that is exactly what is said on this forum than you are choosing to be blind

It goes to the entire context of all of your posts Canez...you are quick to be critical of and amplify every mistake Tagovailoa makes while at the same time worshipping at the Altar of the infallible Herbert. Well here's a newsflash, Herbert isn't infallible and has made MORE costly errors than Tagovailoa has as is evident by the season's unfolding thus far. As a true Dolphins fan, I would LOVE to hear just as much criticism of an opposing rival's quarterback's play rather than riding that rival quarterback's jock strap while being nit picking every little thing you can seem to find with our own quarterback.

Though the season is not over, as it stands at this very moment, "Average Tua" is about to make the playoffs while the new next generation of football gods, in this case your boy Herbert is on the outside looking in.

I'm so thrilled our playoff thread turned into another "Tua Sucks!" thread. With this kind of team spirit, there's no way we don't win the Super Bowl this year!

I think if you go back and look at my recent comments, you'll see that ive warmed up to Tua. I've said he's an average to good QB, where before I thought he was terrible. I still think Herbert is better than tua. I still stand by my earlier take that we should have drafted Herbert. I think tua was a reach. Just like how you don't like me and others who are critical of Tua, I cant stand those that put him on a pedestal and think he's joe Montana when he's done nothing to show that he is more than average to good. Hopefully tua doesnt **** the bed these next three games like he did in final game against the bills last year. Great QB's don't throw 3 picks with a chance to clinch a spot in the playoffs

If the Dolphins win the next three games I’m considering it out Super Bowl win even if we get knocked out in round 1.

to take a tram that’s 1-7 and come back and make the playoffs against any nfl would be a Miraculous achievement. Yes some of the game were against bad teams but you need to win them and we did. Are we a real Super Bowl contender? Not in my opinion but there has been a lot of improvement especially on the oline. Tua is essentially in his rookie season IMHO and getting better. Lots of positives and Defense has been stepping it up!

if we flip these next three games it will suck and mean we have lots of work left to do to win games when they matter!

Not excepting anything but it’s been hella fun enjoying football in late December with games that matter. So many years December meant nothing so let’s try and enjoy this ride!

If the Dolphins can beat the Titans and Patriots they are a Super Bowl contender.

Will they make it? Probably not. But you can say that about all the teams that are not the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.

It is impressive that Miami has a chance tonight to do something no team has ever done in NFL history.

What do we need to happen next week around the NFL IF the Dolphins lose to the Titans?

Yup, we'd need all the teams in the 8th-11th slots to lose (Chargers, Raiders, Ravens and also Steelers since they're only a half game behind). I haven't even looked at that though and I refuse to until I have to.

For now, we're #7. The easiest path is staying #7 and then beating the Pats to take #6.

The way the games ended up last week really made getting in with 9 wins harder. It was actually pretty plausible for a moment there. But given the remaining match-up the last two weeks and tiebreaker, the scenarios are slim now.

Thankfully, getting in at 10 wins is now much more likely than it was before this week.

    Dolphins are +3 right now.

Early weather forecast in Nashville is showing 70 degrees all week, dropping to 40 degrees on Sunday. Let's hope it stays mild for that one more day.
