Everyone outside of Phin fans knows this whole thing was a joke. Sounds like Ross likes people that give him blowies and tell him nice words.

This article is why I don’t trust Ross or Grier to make a good hire.

Until he sells or kicks the bucket we will never be relevant again.
I don't understand how he is such a smart businessman but here he never learns from his mistakes?

It basically gives a summary of all the "communication and collaboration issues" the dolphins have had going back to when Ross first bought the team. Basically pointing the finger at Ross for not knowing who to put in charge of football matters which leads to internal power struggles and "communication and collaboration" issues.

I agree. We need to find a competent football guy who has actually done something and let them run the show. With Grier out of the way please.

BTW, quick tip to get passed a pay wall. Open the article on your mobile device and put it into airplane mode just as the page is loading. You have to be quick but it works every time.

Alternatively, open the page in Incognito mode. It doesn't always work, but 60% of the time it works 100% of the time.
