Would be nice to see my Dolphins in Frankfurt if they don’t lose a home game. They also plan games in France, Spain and Mexico and they somehow want to split the markets under the franchises…
I'm going to be in Munich in late September for Octoberfest. That would be awesome if they had the game the same time.
Stop going overseas it’s not worth it! We usually lose these cost us a home game and miss the playoffs by a game! Ala last year against the jags when we would have probably won at home! Don’t like this expansion around the world for 17 game seasons!!
This is nothing more than another attempt to revised NFL Europe. I have no issue with the being a league in Europe but damn, quit doing regular season games. Remember 2016 I think it was? The Dolphins traveled over 12,000 miles in 4 weeks…Miami to La to New York to London to Miami. Absolute MADNESS!!! [Edited]
yeah, that was a bad stretch in 2016. I think NFL has to do regular season games, holding impactful games there will draw more attention which is exactly what they want. Just be nice to spread it to other franchises. always mediocre teams like Miami, Jets, Oakland and JAX. make Patriots go over there for a change
I did Oktoberfest in 2019 before Covid hit. Tip your waitress 20 euro right out of the gate and then do your best to stay sober lol
I completely agree. The only fair way to make it happen is to force all 32 teams to participate on a rotating basis. The addition of the 17th game is the perfect way to make that happen, now that they've done it. Instead of half the teams having an extra home game, just have 16 international games every season. England, Europe, Canada and Mexico. Four in each, one each per week, for four weeks in the middle of the season. Fans could plan ahead to travel when they knew that their team would be in which place.
