Wait, there weren't any criminal charges. We were worried about the civil lawsuits- are they still pending?

Edit- a grand jury decided not to seek criminal prosecution, so that's finished. The 22 civil suits remain though.

Less than 3% of all rapes result in a conviction. Screw this guy. Its an embarrassment to our legal system and the team that debases itself by signing him will wear that shame forever

You thin 23 women colluded to make it up? Is that what you think happened? Own it.

Guys. Keep it to the football please. Discussion of the pros and cons of the legal system aren't going to go anywhere productive.

Or how about to the Steelers where Flores landed? They need a QB as well.

They make sense from a "need" perspective, but the Seahawks can outmuscle them in terms of assets. Now, would Watson waive his NTC for either of them is a question. I wouldn't put the Giants past the situation as a dark horse. They again have the assets and need.

Don’t care one bit…I really don’t but I’ll say this and then let it go…

For a professional athlete…a professional football player…the starting quarterback who is supposed to be a leader of your team to put himself in a position to potentially have these type of charges and allegations levied against him demonstrates his ability to exercise good judgment and is not the type of player I want on my team.

I’d expect Carolina push for Watson as well - maybe Tampa?

This thread was "cleaned," and i got a warning, for saying "Truth isn't political"??? But the post I was referring to is still up?

Seriously? This is getting ridiculous in here.

Yes. Same thing happened to me. Well, I got a couple of posts deleted. I wasn’t using bad language or anything. I was just responding to a post which is still up. Yeah, this is bad.

DeShaun Watson will land somewhere and continue to be a star in this league. And he'll just be part of the ever-growing list of QBs the Dolphins have swung and missed on while sticking with guys who can't get it done.

That's great. He's still a weirdo creep. He will still face legal troubles for a long time. He will most likely get suspended. And, he will bring a black cloud around any organization that takes him in. I'm sure feminist groups are already lining up to protest.

    Have fun with that headache.

Falcons, Browns, maybe Eagles in the mix now. Twenty or thirty years ago, he would already be a Raider.

I'm not having fun with anything except laughing at this clown show of a franchise that hasn't figured out the QB position in over 2 decades.
