I went to that Philly/Atlanta game when Vick returned home for the 1st time after the suspension (believe it or not, I worked as a freelance journalist at the time). The crowd went absolutely nuts for Vick and they were rooting for Philly to win against their own team. I've never seen anything like it before in pro sports, so you're absolutely right- perfect for Watson.
Its been signed, and rodgers was made aware of davante’s intentions long ago. This is about getting paid.. i think the packers are now on par with everyone else in their division..
Losing Adams doesn't not put them on the level of the Lions and Bears. Even if they did nothing to their WR room which they obviously will.
Don't ask me why, but the team I follow most after the Dolphins is the Falcons. Falcons fans are notoriously fickle. They arrive late for games (even primetime games) and if the team is having a bad or so-so season, they sell their tickets to traveling fans en masse. They had a home game about 10 years ago when the Vikings had so many fans in the stadium that Matt Ryan had to resort to a silent count. And there are still "fans" that crap on Ryan because they're still mad about Vick being justifiably cut.
No way. They have a legit high end defense and Aaron is leagues better than Goff, Cousins and Fields. Adams' loss is a big blow to their SB odds, but they should still put that sorry division in the dumpster.
Well, guess the Falcon fans won't get the chance to cheer for the creep unless the Browns come to town...
Do you live in Atlanta or in that area? My brother keeps telling me that there's a huge imbalance in men/women there. He says if you go to a any downtown club, it's like 20 women for every man...that's not true, is it? He's been saying that for years, so I'd love for someone here to call BS on it, LOL.
Nah, I live in central Ohio. But I heard that about Atlanta, BTW. They say that there's a bunch of professional women there that are settling for gas station attendants, college upperclassmen, and movie theater ushers because there aren't enough "quality" guys to go around. Good situation for the guys but the women can't get guys to settle down because other chicks are on the prowl constantly. They did a segment on one of the network news shows about it.
Indy seemed like the obvious out for Baker so where does he end up now? Jimmy G also needs a landing spot if the 49ers are really ready to move onto Lance.
Matt Ryan is the better QB for 2022, and the Colts are built to win now, so it makes sense. The upside for Baker is still in question. Age might catch up to Ryan this year too, but nothing is ever certain. So, what is the plan for Atlanta at QB now? Maybe they are going for the #1 pick for 2023? Take all your lumps for one year and you have a lot of cap space and high draft picks on the other side. Take notes, Miami.
